Today during business hours the store was closed and had signage posted stating that the store would reopen in 30 minutes.....After an hour and ten minutes go by they finally opened the doorDuring the hour wait witnessed 3 customers that left. That's just bad business.

Waited outside of store for 30 mins. Tried the door several times incase they unlocked it while I wasnt looking. Saturday 8-6-22, 3:30-4:00 pm. Store hours are 10:00am-7:00pm. Handwrittem sign on door said "be back in 4 min" I will take my money elsewhere.

Stay far away from this location! After waiting 15 minutes, Haley finally got around to helping me. I explained that I wanted to cancel a phone number on my account (I have three numbers) and get a new phone number for an old phone. After waiting for a bit, she said it was done. However, when calling the new phone number, it seems she had switched my husband's business account phone number with the new phone number, so his number rang on the old phone. His phone is pass code protected for his work, so he couldn't use the old phone. A mess. In order to fix it, she explained I had to drive home and get my husbands phone. So I did. 15 minutes each way. When I returned, I said, "All you had to do is pay attention", to which she exclaimed, "If you're going to talk to me like that, I won't help you!" No apology, nothing. So I waited for tech support to fix the problem. And waited. And waited. 45 minutes later, the problem was fixed. A total of an hour and a half to fix what should have taken 10 minutes. I finally stood up and said, "Well, that was fun", to which she replied, "Remember, kindness will get you everywhere". How about a little competence? I've been a customer of Cricket's for 21 years, I don't need to deal with a rude, incompetent employee. Find another Cricket store - this one is pointless.

An addendum to my above posted review - my husband went to use his phone last night, around 7:00, only to find it had been disconnected. He went into the Cricket store, and found he had lost his number, permanently, all because of a completely incompetent employee. Even though I've been with Cricket for 21 years, we will all be porting to T-Mobile. It's one thing to have affordable service, it's another to have to work with a completely incompetent tech support and incompetent, rude employees. I'll pay a little more, thank you.

Patty was absolutely fantastic! She was so knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! I'm still struggling getting used to my new phone. I will definitely be seeing her again soon for help. I know she can get my phone issues straightened out! Patty is amazing!

Don’t even think to go there! The lady with the braces was so rude I just can’t believe it!!! She is going to get such a complaint! I’ll reach the owner!!!! Shame on her!

Went with someone to get their account fixed and new phones, etc. Wow! Very amazing service by 'JEREMY'!! Also, the staff here are really on top of things with cleaning, etc! Very impressive!
