Bad customer service, had to find and locate phone that the store placed the wrong address for shipment, they always referring us to call customer service knowing the wait time is long.Had to use our own time and gas money. Least they could have offered free protective lens or something.

Easy process, knowledgeable staff.maria was great. My Daughter needed an upgrade and maria took care of us. Even tho it was end of the day and ready to close maria took car of us with a smile.Thank you for all your help maria

If I could have no starts I would this lady in here is extremely disrespectful i can’t believe her. I got my service started here and 2 days later I returned the phone I had bad signal and when I came to the store they said everything was good a month later they took money out of my account when I went to the store to ask about it the lady LAUGHED in my face and acted like there is nothing she could do. I asked to talk to her manager and her manager Christina thought is was funny too. I didn’t understand what was funny too. So don’t go here they just gone take yo money for service you don’t have I would never come here again.This the lady right here she is soooooo rude.
