Worst experience not only did I sit and watch one of these female employee flirt and offer extra help and giving my husband free things she also tried sneaking her phone number in his phone in case he ever needed help when I confronted her she got very defensive and try taking his phone to delete the number and I snatched it back she then proceeded to call the police claiming I attacked her when I kindly asked her not to grab his phone again very unprofessional

I just had a very bad customer service experience with the woman named Zaira, FIRSTLY SHE WAS CHARGING MY ACCOUNT $52 MORE DOLLARS ON MY CARD WITH AUTOMATIC PAYMENT (I NEVER ASKED FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENT) SECONDLY SHE WAS CHARGING ME MORE THAN 15 DOLLARS FOR REACTIVATING A NUMBER THAT CANCELED DUE TO HER ERROR. AND IN THE THIRD HE STARTED SCREAMING AND INSULTING ME,...judge the video for yourselves. DON'T COME TO THIS CRIKET AT LEAST WHEN SHE IS, (ZAIRA) IS AN AUGHTY AND RUDE WOMAN.

Zaira is awesome I mean really the most helpful phone rep I ever seen. She deserves way over 5 stars. I mean a lot of phone store associates wanna just get you out the store quick but she multi task and helps everyone very well. Thank you again for all your help.
