I got a text stating my phone would be suspended for using hotspot, unless I contact cricket or set up hot spot as an extra. I tried to do so, and was told by two different stores my phone was not eligible for hotspot, and to just stop using it, and that my phone would not be suspended. Two days later my phone was suspended. I had to call just to have it turned back on. These cricket employees are absolutely useless, and have zero training.

Horrible customer service. Also, we were told that the unlimited plan was a requirement when signing up. After contacting Cricket directly, we found out this was not true and probably done to boost their sales. I recommend going to another cell phone service provider if you are able to but definitely another location if you are considering Cricket.

They only had one clerk on black Friday. They over charged me and then tried to say it was my fault. Clerk was nice and helpful. Management really biffed it. Cricket refunded some off it.

I had good experience, the employee Yahjel (sorry I don't remember the correct name spelling) was awesome. Helped me add a second line to my plan and hooked me up with free phone a good phone. I will do busniness in this store only. I will recommend this store to my friends and family. 😠👕ðŸ‘Great! 👖
