It didn't go well at all atMas wireless 1610 North 36th Street it was within the 7 days. And I still couldn't get my refund back because there was riding on the the clerk there inspected the phone made sure it was no scratches no cracks or nothing the receipts were there the charger the SIM card holder that the SIM card came with it. But I could not get my refund she said that's the policy because it had writing on the box it came in.
