I had to go to two stores. The first one I went to had just opened and I was the first customer. The girl was so impatient and rude I couldn't believe it. I almost bought a phone, but at some point I decided to tell her look, I'm your first customer of the day, and if you're already acting like this I can't imagine how the rest of the day is going to go for you and your customers. She then proceeded to make it all about me and that she was absolutely fine and had no problems. I simply walked out. I went to another store, and did get better service, but I have to say the way they display phones now, the information you can get on the phone on the display, and the abilities of some of the people working there, is not the same as it used to be in the past. I had to go home and figure out 70% of the issues that I had at the store getting my phone back up to snuff, and getting all my information ported over from the previous phone. The gentleman at the store simply could not figure out and kept telling me there's nothing to Port back over. He was wrong. I just remember having other Cricket stores in the past where people were 100% more helpful, and much more clear. The whole experience ha.s definitely made me think about eventually going to another carrier.
