Two days in a row they were “closed for lunch” at different times. I stop by at 4pm two days ago, “closed for lunch until 4:45am. And now I’m here at 3:30pm and they at “closed for lunch until 3:50pm.” Trying to make a return.

So went to the cricket store that's on Indian School by the freeway and was there at 6:00 p.m. and store was already closed and locked. Knocked on the door the lights was on and the keys were in the door but was locked. Now I'm late on my phone bill because someone decided to close shop an hour early.

Well I walk in to this place to pay my bill two staff person they wear talking right so I waited about 2 minutes they look at me and like I was invisible they didn't even ask if I need something so I walk out went next door and pay my bill she take care off my bill right off way I don't think I m gonna go back to that place so I rate Big O

Jimmy, the store manager, was the most professional, patient, and knowledgeable of the many options that were available for me to maximize savings and went out of his way to help me resolve any issue.
