I just called this place twice. The first call took a minute for them to answer and they just hung up on me, not your normal hang up but the one were you can hear the microphone part of the phone rub on plastic, and then the second time they picked up right away... they stayed quiet until I said "hello?" Then a woman replys back with a "yes" as if I was bothering them.
I called so I can close my account.
Once I said that she said they cannot do anything that I would have to call customer service, and instead of asking me if I would like the number, she quicky throws it out there and hangs up.
So it's good to know that I am making the right choice to go to another provider lol.

Staff is very friendly respectful and kind. I was offered deals to make everything cheaper and was treated with great respect .

I came to this location at one of the worst times of my life. The manager Rosci made me feel very welcome, and took very good care of me.... even going above and beyond for me. Today, I just stopped by and brought her a small care package to express my appreciation. (It was accepted by Carla on her behalf). Good ppl deserve to be celebrated. Asé to Rosci!

Called just for a simple question & the lady who answered literally hung up the phone on me no help. I explained what happened and she was clueless to anything going on telling me to call this place and call another place and I asked you think maybe they can help me out as I explained more thoroughly what was going on and she just clicked. If you don't want to be in customer service find a different job because it takes away from those who actually want to help. Never doing business here

Absolutely best phone company all the way around the agents working in the store on 7th ave and buckeye really show you how much you matter. The one lady even gave me a chair to sit in while i waited. You guys rock!!! Thank you for everything!
