This company is the only game in town and their service shows it.Every interaction with a Cox employee leaves you wondering if they are stupid or a liar. Has to be one of them.

Why so many outages? There have been 4 or 5 service interruptions over a 3 day period where I live. That is excessive. Especially considering my neighbor, who has CenturyLink, has never had an issue with outages. I really should switch. This is very problematic.

1 star for monopolizing the area and ripping literally everyone off out of pure greed. Have a competitive product and let others in.
