Best Experience I've had at a western store! Typically I have a hard time shopping for myself, The Store Manager, I believe her name is April, was very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable and helped me find what I would've liked to. A big thanks to her! She helped me shop around my Budget as well. Shirts, Pants, Boots and more!

I went to go get a pair of boots and a worker named April was extremely rude. She was yelling at other employees causing a scene and they all seemed very uncomfortable with her. She told me I had fat feet and they were to wide to fit in any of the boots she was also was using very derogatory and explicit language she was being extremely racist to other customers in the store. When I had walked over to the counter I saw her with some sort of substance she got very nervous and antsy and seemed very off. This kind of behavior is disgusting and should not be tolerated nor allowed I expect her to be held responsible for her disgusting actions, this same situation has happened to one of my friends where when she went in and April was yelling at multiple of her coworkers and overall causing a scene.

I had the most incredible experience at the western store thanks to a girl named April. Her customer service was top-notch! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect items and provided valuable recommendations. April is friendly and knowledgeable approach made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting the store and seeking out April for an exceptional shopping experience!

They do have all the cowboy and cowgirl here for working hard and dressing up I went there for work boots they got a pretty good selection of work boots!

Don't buy here. If you're unfortunate enough to get a pair of boots that are defective, this store will not honor the manufacturer warranty. I spent 200 dollars on boots that are worthless 4 months later.

Boots here are low quality. Same as the staff. Posters might need to update. They are early 90's. Pant selection is a mess. You can fill 3 staplers with staples off the dressing room floors. Save yourself some time and money and steer clear of this place. Complete waste of time.

Couldn't find the boots that I wanted at the time. A lady went out of her way to help me find something close, but after I bought them twice and tried to cancel so I called them and they cancelled it right away super easy and no headache. They were awesome.
