Okay to start off. There is no parking spots, like come on 1 spot per apartment are you serious? Then to address the maintenance people take forever to do anything and your work orders take months to be even looked at. Then the move in process is also garbage and they don't hold promises and will keep delaying your move in and keep pushing your move in date. To add on, BUGS cockroaches THEY ARE EVERYWHERE not in my apartment but I've found them outside on the walls and on sidewalks and it's just ridiculous. I could go on and on especially about the beginning electricity bill, they tried to charge us around 6 thousand for some reason and we had to argue for about a week straight and we finally got it taken off but overall.
Parking ability 0/10
Garage availability 1/10
Cleanliness of property 3/10
Difficulty to move in 8/10
Price is alright
Maintenance service 2/10
Management 0/10
Need I say more?

I just have to say the office staff is STELLAR!!!! THE apts are very roomy with great pricing & I luv my big patio, lots of outlets & cabinet space, even my partial remodel is beautiful plus no bugs. They have a huge area with a basketball court and other amenities. The gym is great. The pool is beautiful too when it comes time to swimming again and noise is never a problem.

I love this place, my apartment!!! I've been here for a year and a half and I hope to continue. Maintenance services respond to me quickly, always very attentive to the girls in the office, thanks to Sweetwater at Metro North

I love this community/complex. Management is so nice. Clara ans Alicia especially. If you're looking for a clean, quiet community that has tons of amenities and want a fun, safe place to live, this is the complex for you! It's adjacent to major highways. Has tons of stores within walking distance, and convenient. Stop by, you'll see what I'm talking about. Ask for Clara or Alicia. They're really helpful.

If I could give this place a zero I would, I've been living here for 8 years and it was great at first. But a little over a year and a half in everything started going bad. It was little things here and there, we have had someone break our back window of our car, pour sugar in our gas tank, put nail polish all over our car. The office had even towed my car for sitting in a parking spot for two days then refused to do anything about it. The maintenance people do nothing, they take days to come do anything and even when the A/C is out in the middle of summer, they give us a portable ac unit until the ac is fixed almost a week later. And then, when they woke me up by almost busting my door down and then leaving, I was waking up to get dressed, right in the middle of changing one of the matinence people had walked right in after WE STRICTLY SAID no one in unless someone answered. Keep in mind I was in the middle of changing, he walked right in not a care in the world, his reasoning was another family needed it. We reported him walking in and nothing has been done to him, not even with it being almost 2 years later. This place sucks please do not move in here, it may look nice but in all reality it's not. We have a washer and dryer that hasn't worked in 3 weeks, I've complained to the maintenance, put in multiple work requests and complained to the office and yet they don't do anything about it, this place sucks, do not move here!! They don't like to answer phones AT ALL and when they do they act like we're taking up their time like it's not their job to talk to tenants. Oh and just so everyone knows, your apartments will have mold that they just paint over, saw a storage room for an apartment yesterday COVERED in black mold I mean, you'll get sick if you live in these apartments. The amount of homeless people we get in here is crazy, yes it's a 'gated community' but I don't think you can really call it that when you're gates are always broken lol.
Update: they never answer their phones, wether you're a person looking to schedule a tour or an existing resident. But at least when you actually go into the office they are nice now.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Sweetwater at metro north during the transfer unit process as well as our original move in.
Firstly, the lack of professionalism was evident from the start. The leasing office staff seemed disorganized and untrained, unable to provide clear answers to basic questions about my lease agreement and move-in details. The only helpful staff member has been Lisa.
Communication was abysmal. I was told we would be transferring units at the end of May, this was pushed out to end of June. Beginning of June comes around and we're forced to move in 10 days sooner to a unit that was not ready. The unit was supposed to be upgraded (originally they were going to charge us more for this even though this was never agreed upon) but a lot of what we were told was going to be done was not. Smoke detectors needed new batteries (literally in our lease it says that management is required to provide working smoke detectors at move in), there was a bar missing in our closet, roach baits were left in the unit, a closet was propped up on wood and fell on my fiance when she went to open it, and there's no shower rod in the master bathroom. All in all, the preparation of this unit was lazy which is actually a huge upgrade from the first unit we rented here.
We were told the unit was move in ready with 9 day notice that if we didn't take it, we would lose it after already paying our move in fee. We were told this the day we paid our prorated rent for our original move out day, so it was really great having to turn around and pay another 800 dollars for the new unit's prorated rent on top of it. We were given 3 days to move everything out of the old unit, but couldn't get keys to the new unit until 3:30pm on out move in day.
This was a chaotic and stressful experience trying to move in amidst the mess and disarray.
Overall, my expectations were not met, and I felt misled by the promises made during the leasing process. I would strongly advise against renting from Sweetwater at metro north to anyone looking for a professionally managed and stress-free living experience. This has been a regrettable ordeal, and I will not be recommending these apartments to anyone.

I have lived here over a year… not once have they fixed anything. We had a garage that had black mold and was leaking from the ceiling and it took them months to get us a replacement. I have had a hole in my bathroom for a month and o went down to the office yesterday, they said that they would be back to fix the hole today, today they came and left within a few minutes and hours later I am still “waiting” The office does not answer the phone. The”manager” is rude and does not advocate for the tenants. I am beyond frustrated. Do not live here. This is managed by slum lords.

If I could do 0 or negative stars, I would. This place needs to be shut down, it’s a health and safety hazard and nothing else but that. There is black mold growing through my apartment along with many others, and a woman died because of this and they don’t care at all. There is an insane fly infestation all throughout the complex, there are ants and roaches in all of walls and you’ll never escape them, might as well charge them for rent. This place is committing crimes daily, the maintenance does not actually fix anything, the complex failed a fire department alarm inspection, Their “24 hour gym” is only open for 6 hours and closed on Sunday, there is only 2 open pools in a 3 pool complex, there are homeless people all through the community, they claim “24 hour emergency maintenance and security” but that service does not exist at all, they all leave at 5. On top of all that, even though they are breaking the law in many ways, if you attempt to break your lease they’ll refuse and blame you for any issues. Oh and if you do stay a full lease, don’t expect the safety deposit back at all because you will NOT GET IT. There is currently a lawsuit against this complex and management company for these reasons and more. So if you want to LIVE AND BE HEALHTY.. DO NOT COME ANYWHERE NEAR SWEETWATER AT METRO NORTH.
P.s. to management
Get me out of my lease. You are killing people.
I am going to legal action further and with two criminal suit cases, this place will immediately be shut down.

The complex double assigned my parking spot which lead to my car being towed. When I went to go complain about my vehicle being towed wrongfully, the old lady at the front made it seem like it’s my fault and that their incompetence is my burden to shoulder. Lack of book keeping seems normal for them.
After some convincing, the old lady let me know they’re releasing my car and that I would still have to go out of my way to get the car from the tow lot. Yeah, I still had to go out of MY WAY for THEIR miscommunication.
I have a garage here as well and have been putting work orders for the past 2 years trying to get my garage fixed. When they had finally fixed my garage/garage door, they had locked the garage with my vehicle in it and DID NOT mention that we had a new FOB to open it. Having to wait for their awful office hours (10am is their current open time) just so I can get my car back on 2 separate occasions within a month. If you have responsibilities or a job that requires a car, I would have reservations about parking within the complex since you can’t even trust that your car will be accessible to you. This complex does not respect your time nor your patience you’re willing to have with their stupidity.

Do not rent any of their properties. Management is rude. They do not care about their tenants. The “best” that they can do is bottom of the barrel work. You physically have to talk to them in person and be upset to get anything fixed. They only upkeep near the leasing office. The pools are green. There’s dog feces everywhere. They hire anybody to work in the office. Some of the team members are nice and professional but most don’t know what they’re doing and will gladly tell you “I just started here”. They have a new assistant manager every 3 months. Homeless people sleeping at the bottom of your entryway. Gates never locked on property. Police are constantly in complex looking for an assailant. Avoid at all costs. They even tried to force a tenant to habituate a n apartment with black mold gold. They do not care about their tenants. They just want money. They will cut off your hot water and go home with no cares in the world. It takes them weeks to fix urgent maintenance issues but you will see the maintenance workers drinking and smoking NOT working daily. You physically have to chase down management to discuss your issues. And forget about a paper trail… they do not read emails. They are a sorry excuse of a management company do not let the updated pretty “show” unit fool you. Everything here is disgusting.

Maybe one more bad review will get their attention?
The leasing and move in process has been the most headache and panic attack inducing experience. So much has gone wrong on the apartments end with little care or concern for the tenant moving in. The move in date and circumstances have been changed multiple times for every reason. The repairs needed weren't started until the second move in date and the unit isn't even cleaned, they were just gonna push out the move in date again. Very frustrating and they have to nerve to charge more on the "move in deal" because they had to push the move in date out. Sure it's all "legal" how they do business but it's also very sheisty.
If you want a stress free and easy move in this place is not it for you.
