It was the worst, I’m not just talking about. It was a complicated issue that took three months to fix. I mean the response from my service guy, was horrible. I would text him throughout the day. It would take him a couple days to get back to me sometimes he wouldn’t get back to me at all. I had to show up to the service center only to find every time I showed up there was 5 to 6 guys just standing around talking. But every time I called they were way too busy. So unfortunately we will no longer be using your Savage center or buying automobiles from you. We have four automobiles from your dealership on staff that we purchase every two years, we will also not be using your service department.

Purchased a 2024 Buick EnVista at Coulter Buick on Friday, March 1st. I thought, before I went in, the Buick EnVista was at 3.9 % financing, it was not. I still bought it at 6.9% financing because of Samantha Simzyk. She was very easy to deal with to make a deal. The Auto Industry needs more Samantha Simzyk's! I would purchase another car from her in the future.

Service was GREAT, We had a brand new transmission put in back in Albuquerque NM, The transmission failed and our service advisor Armando Corella and upper management took care of my family!! This was the best and smoothest Service we have ever had from a GMC Service Center ever. My wife and I were Blessed to have honest, quick, and knowledgeable service at this location. We highly recommend this place for repairs and service! Thank You Coulter GMC ?

Their driver sped half way past me on the right side and proceeded to cut me off, forcing me into the gore. Now being behind their driver, I honked to record my disapproval, and then the driver brake checked me.Note, as you can see in the photo, this driver had what I'm guessing a fellow coulter driver. Driving with no courtesy with no accountability from a fellow employee or customer.From this experience, I've determined Coulter's employees are not caring individuals.How are so many dealerships with bad employees still in business?
