The manager Gayle (with pink hair) at this location is very rude and disrespectful. It’s disgusting the way she addresses customers and talks down on other employees. These are human beings! I wouldn’t treat my dog the way she treats people. I hope someone in upper management see this comment, takes it seriously, and provides some retraining/coaching to Gayle (if not more).

Came here to buy the OLED Nintendo Switch (the included screen protector is garbage, though) and a few more items.
My wife made the executive decision to go in without a cart so we didn't overbuy (we still picked up a few things we didn't plan on getting).
It was a great experience, and they also have PS5s in stocks (didn't know when I would see that day).

Costco in the United States has a similar layout to Taiwan
The only thing that feels different is that there are very few food tastings. Even if there are, there are almost no people queuing up. It is very different from Taiwan.
Self-checkout is popular in the United States, but it seems not in Taiwan.

I love that many seniors use this warehouse to get their steps in every day. I like their policy that if something goes on sale within thirty days of purchase, you can get a refund.
