After shopping at world market for over 15 years, today marks the day we are done. I have never in my life been questioned regarding a return in a way where it would be insinuated that I was lying regarding outdoor furniture that we purchased one year ago that was literally disintegrating. Upon explaining, the stance the manager took is that she knows managers that have had these chairs for “years” and has never had this happen.
World Market, do better when hiring/promoting team members. As a business owner myself, this was embarrassing!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with the manager at this location. Purchased outdoor furniture that fell apart and when my wife and I tried to return the manager insinuated we were LYING. Will never return and extremely disappointing level of customer service, especially from a manager.

Wouldn’t give us the free syrup even tho my sister purchased a wreath because it was an online purchase. So petty not nice customer care World Market.

Love the atmosphere and ever changing collection of items. I love to go and browse the different chocolates and candies from Asia. During the holidays, they always carry very unique and different items for gifts or decoration. This location is always helpful, clean and stocked up!

One of the better World Markets I’ve visited. Staff is friendly, store clean and I can typically find something I love. They have a great selection of Torani syrups most times. Furniture and other items can be a bit pricy, but a great place to check out

I always shop here and have never had any issues. Today we walked in to get some Asian noodles that my daughter wanted. An employee named Charles kept following us around. He didnt follow anyone else around, just the brown skinned people, my daughter and I. Its 2024, this kind of prejudice behavior needs to stop. Its rediculous!I became irritated with his behavior and notified him there were ants all over the shelves. Maybe he needs to pay attention to the store rather then play rediculous prejudice games.
