Karina the store manager is extremely rude and I reported her to the district manager. My gas was stolen by another person. They directed me to do two things . I followed what they told me to do even though it seemed off. I walked out to the pump informed the person and lifted the pump to supposedly cancel the transaction. After checking my bank account the transaction was not canceled. Karina started arguing with me and refusing to help me with the situation. After calling cooperate they immediately apologized and offered me a refund . Karina should be replaced. She lacks the customer service skills and is a bad look for the circle K brand. This circle has arrogant employees today I had a bad experience with an American and a Latina who work there in the morning they did not want to give me a refund because their cameras were turned off there was no evidence of what I was doing

I don't usually care about the bad service of a circle k but this one has to be the worst. Went in for a bus pass, and they said they were all out and got dismissed with an attitude.the lady that was supposed to be working the register was stocking the shelfs while another customer was waiting to be attended he tried calling her over but she responded with a attitude and said just use the self check out. And he responded with, "You need to check my I.D." she finished putting away the remaining chips before walking over to help. And as soon as she checked his I.D. she immediately walked back to where she was, but before she left the registers, I let her know I would also be needing her help too. She just said wait. And made me and 5 other customers wait for 12 min in a line to a register she was supposed to be operating. So after waiting for her to finish, she finally came back to the registers. I told her I needed cash back for the bus and she pulled a stack of ones from the registers shows me and says I don't have enough I needed 6$ she had about 30$ in one's.She needs to be fired it to hot in Arizona to be that petty. I've never met her before and just to treat everyone like they're below is ridiculous.

I come like every day and there is a driver here now at 9:41 am on August 19, 2023 that there is a service that the colleague gives that discounts for the gas and she does not want to pass them and they even do not want to tend to one that is ugly This manager does not comply with his company rules
