I received nothing but the BEST customer support from Patrick and Misty. They always give exceptional service they go above and beyond to make sure to give all information needed. They are very knowledgeable and respond in a timely manner. The maintenance is exceptional as well, the property looks great ?

Horrible experiencia, with my apartment. Roaches, my A/C not working and the floor all wet due to a leak I wasn’t aware. My fiancés bedroom set is broken. I have pictures and proof of everything.

The rail system is so out of whack. Enter at your own risk. Oh and by the way there passing out tickets. And watch out for the cops they will get physical with you over a 2 dollar pass!

I cannot wait for my lease to end, I feel bad for the sucker who moves into my apartment when I leave.. always police, homeless people and roaches..
I moved into these apartments 3 years ago, the first month I had my apartment broken into by a guy on meth, it was traumatic to say the least, a revolving door of creepy maintenance guys working here, there are people on drugs who brake into apartments, i recently found out that druggies were upstairs on top of me and i didnt even know.
I have had a consistent roach infestation, no amenities, the Jacuzzi is cold, there are termites in my building, building J...you pay "pest control" that does nothing, DOG POOP everywhere! and other fees that make your rent $200+ more what they say it will be in your lease....
I hated every minute of living here, I never felt safe, my patio doors have been sealed shut down to the break in when I first moved in..
The things I loves like cooking, I now hated due to roaches, I remember one day I was sitting on my couch and a roach crawled on me, the office people are smug and dismissive, everything is broken or falling apart...
If your reading this and thinking of moving here, please don't, your quality of life will decrease, you will become depressed, it's not worth it for the price, it isn't work your sanity please think twice

Went and toured 3/23/24 and the unit they showed me had rotten food in the fridge that stank to high heaven, a toilet full and blocked by literal human feces, and multiple dead cockroaches on the counters. When I mentioned the cockroaches, Misty stated “oh we’ll have to fumigate the unit” when a cockroach problem that bad needs to be treated in the whole building. I would prefer to live in my car over this place.

I have lived here for 6 years and with the exception of the lying dishonest Nancy who is no longer here, it been a great place to live. Current manager Patrick is great and is cleaning up the mess useless Nancy left behind.

It's a nice quiet apartment complex. Maintenance is really on top of there game didn't have to wait long to get things done. Spacious 1 bedroom really like it here so far. Alot of open parking which they don't charge you for. Clean complex.

Absolutely horrible! Maintenance is the most inept I’ve ever come across. They have not responded to a single work order. Not one. And they show you a totally different unit than is the one you get to move into. We moved in and had no screens in the faucets, no window screens, the door jam has been kicked in and filled with caulk and painted over, drain covers in the sinks or bathtubs it’s just open holes into the drains, half the lights don’t work, paint was dirty hadn’t been repainted or even cleaned. I’m so done. And they have the nerve to send out a memo about no bbq grills when they don’t even have a single grill on the premises for tenants to use. Not to mention how rude and obnoxious the whole office staff is. It’s horrible here.

I really miss Aaron and his team. Copper canyon has been my home for more than 4 years and it used to be a wonderful place call home. But things turned around for us with the new management. Water leaked from my outside bathroom for over six months, the management did nothing about it. Until I started posting pictures on their website before they came and got it fixed. Things were not going well between me and the new management. I I was left with no other option but to move out. I wholeheartedly love the complex and where it’s situated but the new management don’t know what they’re doing.?
