“My husband and I went here for a fridge. The one we had completely died on us and we had been living out of a mini fridge for 2 weeks. Found one we wanted at Best Buy Outlet! Brian was so helpful and honest with us. Him and his coworker even helped us get it on the trailer. Brought the fridge home, registered it, and we absolutely love it! The fridge did have a small dent on the bottom (which was known when we bought it-there are tags on every appliance stating defects) but the dent is so small, and with 2 small kids we are more than happy with the dent already there. And the best part- we got the fridge for more than half off the retail price!! Brian even told us about Best Buy Plus- which brings the return window to 60 days (and only $50!)
