Slowest bank I have ever experienced

I used a card issued by comerica bank at the atm here. The atm screen was very difficult to see and should be replaced soon. I withdrew my money from the account and I was charged .75 by the card (issued by comerica bank) plus I was charged $3.50 by comerica for using a card issued by them. I did end up getting refunded back the .75. I called the number on the back of the card and it was disconnected. I called comerica bank and they have no knowledge of my card and do not want anything to do with handling my issue even though it was a charge from them. The girl kept trying to send me to other numbers associated with the card and after the 4th time with no success she said she was so embarrassed and gave me the number for corporate. I called corporate the next day and spoke to a woman who also has no knowledge of the card that was issued to me I began to tell her my issue and she cut me off and said she can't help me and I would have to contact the number on the back of the card. I asked to be able to finish my story with the next part I was just about to get to that the number was disconnected and the rep was not able to find a good number for them. These cards was issued for child support payments and unemployment to take over for bank of America and this was my first experience right away. I have attached a photo of the paper that comes with the card showing that comerica was a designated ATM. I was never refunded the $3.50 atm fee and I definitely feel ripped off by this bank. I have not made anymore withdrawals since then so the money is just adding up right now. This happened 9/21/21 and today is 11/1/21. I am considering using my own bank to get the payments as I did not and would never choose them on my own. This bank is terrible!

We opened two new accounts today with Kiera at the East Camelback and 20th St. location. She was organized, concerned about safety protocols and accomplished our task mostly before we got there. We've been with Comerica about six years and I really like the bank. A human answers the phone, the bankers remember you and I recommend them.

If you're going to use this branch do yourself a favor and use the drive thru. The management team is very condescending and un helpfull. Tellers are great though

The tellers are great but the management is condescending and rude, I honestly use the drive thru when I go and it's fine but if you ever have a issue or questions don't bother talking to belidia or whatever her name is. She's rude and basically will scoff the whole time leaving you to feel like you've had a conversation with a 17 year old. I love my Tempe branch but live in central Phoenix most of the time I actually drive all the way to Tempe but as this is getting old I will be moving my bank accounts to another bank shortly. Comerica has done me wrong with their managements attitudes too many times.

Walking into the branch I immediately felt uncomfortable.I walked in and no one asked if I needed help or any assistance. I was seeking different banks to open a Business account for a growing business. 'However, I began working with Christopher Fincannon he was not interested in answering any question I had pertaining the bank, and what they offered. Towards the end of the "consultation" , he asked to give my business card back to me. As If my business was not needed, nor wanted in his branch. I'd like not throw racism into the equation, but he just made me feel so worthless.

Do not bank here. Seriously. Update: the incompetence at this bank is staggering. They did not mail me my check as they said they would. I called on Monday to complain and asked for a call back the same day to update me. No call. I call the negligent "manager" Marlene on Friday, 5/25, day 32 of them having my money. She informs me that she learned earlier in the week that it will now take them 90 days to reissue a cashier's check to me. 90 days. This sorry excuse for a bank will have use of my money for 120 days. I am contacting the FTC, Federal Reserve, and attorney general's office. This is theft due to their incompetence. Original post: They do a 9 day hold vs. 5 days at more reputable institutions.I came in to open a personal and business accounts around 4:15 in the afternoon. It crept close to 5:00 p.m. so we agreed to reconvene the following morning at 9:00 a.m.. In the meantime they discovered that I had a $100 balance due to Washington federal and a $200 balance with mid 1st. When I came back in the next morning they treated me like a common criminal and told me that I was high risk. However they kept my money. That is completely against protocol they are not supposed to keep your money unless they inform you before they deposit the money. Meanwhile I called both Washington federal and mid 1st to discover that after I had stopped banking with them a couple of automatic payments had gone through. No big deal it happens all of the time and I cleared it up. The comerica manager told me I was high risk because of these balances. I deposited over $100000 in business checking last week alone with the bank I ended up choosing. I went back in to get my money from them the following Monday (with evidence I had cleared my balances) and they still wouldn't give it to me because they said that there was a 9 day hold even though they weren't going to be opening an account for me. That is asinine. Not only that but I had checked with the institutions that the money was coming from and the money had already cleared. My Infant son and I came down with a horrible chest cold so the following Monday when I would have been able to finally pick up my money I was at home sick. I came in on a Friday to finally pick up my money only to find out that after 3 days they mailed my money out to an address that I'm moving from and who knows when I will actually see it. The bank did not have my permission to do that. The lack of customer service, the incompetence and the what I think is probably illegal behavior are the worst I've ever witnessed in banking. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Washington federal or anywhere else but comerica. Not worth the headache and the ridiculous 9 day hold.

I love this bank! They are like family at this point and I have cancelled my Chase bank account. I do ally banking at this location and they know me by name. You can't get that kind of service at the larger banks.
