Don't come here. Lots of blaming of coworker to other coworker that "they should have done that."Paid for the works. Didn't pull our car to the front like they were supposed to and didn't clean properly. Waited over an hour. Didn't replace the air freshener.

I got conned into paying extra to have my Matt's done.. then they piled my. At to the side for an hour and never did them. Finally I asked what gives and was told I'd have wait again for a refund.. had to leave to get to work.. most expensive non clean I've seen from a car wash place in a long time .. they literally didn't do anything inside my car except window after an hour.. won't go back again

I hate this location after 10 years of doing full service car washes and will only do it myself. After asking the car wash attendant 3 times for the basic wash, he still charged for the supreme. I go inside to have them correct it as he either didn't understand or was too busy trying to upsell me to the monthly plans. Needless to say they overcharged me for a car that wasn't cleaned. The inside attended "couldn't" change the wash to basis either. Unbelievable crappy customer service. Oh, and I took a second vehicle to another location afterwards to get washed and they don't seem to want to sell the "basic" wash and started to direct me to the next level wash. After a quick discussion he says they do sell it. WTF?!? If you don't want to sell the basic, just don't sell it and be so deceptive. It's not like an In and Out secret menu. Total Tools running this place.

Do NOT sign up for ANY recurring charges with this company!!! It is impossible to cancel. I have spent hours dealing with getting charges removed. Buyer Beware!!

The guys have always done an excellent job on my car. I always get the supreme, which is a bit pricey. I hope people tip them. They are hard workers.

$$26 and a tip.. and when I got home my back seat area was never vacuumed or wiped down. Not my first visit with this car wash but will be my last!!!

I had a great experience here I went for am oil change and the guys were so helpful and kind. My car feels awesome. They offer a free car wash with the oil change and then I got a free car wash inside when I bought a drink while waiting. what a deal!!! I will for sure come back here next time I get my oil changed. great pricing and great experience. Look for coupons in the mail!!! I am happy with my service at the oil center. Inside they could have been a little more friendly but it was all good enough for me!

I come here primarily for my oil change. The same guys have been working here for awhile and I feel like they always take care of my car. Josue has been helping me out for several several years at this point and I'm always happy to see him when I come here. He provides great customer services and recommendations plus the occasional upsells. Appreciate his work and attention and appreciate the other guys here that work on my car. Four stars instead of five is just based on the car wash. It's a decent car wash but could do a bit better. Five stars for the oil change team though.

Have tried canceling my membership twice. I had to go in person, you can't actually cancel on line like they tell you when you sign up. Then they say they cancelled it but don't. They are billing my account 2 weeks after I told them to cancel it. All I get is automated emails. LIARS. THIEVES.

Horrible customer service. Interesting as I go to write this I see another review 2 weeks ago stating unprofessional and rude. Validated my feelings. It's been many years since I have been to this location due to poor service quality. I figured in time all things change it was worth another shot. Upon arriving today two associates were so busy talking they could not acknowledge me enough to stop their conversation and tried to just waive me through the express lane.... Which I did not want. Upon addressing them on lack of acknowledgement and poor customer service it shows they do not want my business. The one person immediately said we were almost done like I was in the wrong for even suggesting I was slightly annoyed since I wasn't sure where to go. I found out he is the GM which is extremely disappointing since he was demonstrating a poor way of interacting with a client. I strongly advise if that is the leadership in this establishment stay far far away. Hopefully that was a bad day for him but he should have assumed accountability and the issue would have resolved instantly.

Watch out!!!!! Thieves. I took my car wash there today and noticed when I got home my vape cartridge's were missing. I went the the Mint Dispensary down the street and picked a few things up and got my car washed. Got home and noticed right away they were missing! Low class workers here! Watch out folks. Thieves work here!

For a $39 platinum wash, my expectations were not met. Had to go in again to make sure they took care of it. Glass had my dogs licking stains on inside window, dry dust on inside panel near gear etc and even the deodorant was not sprayed. Even dead insect stains were not fully gone on windshield. Costco does better job for $7. Will try another location which is further away. Looks like a manager lady who might have been behind the counter and laughed a lot unnecessarily, told me that dust on driver controls and panel in front of driver seat was only taken care of during detailing which costs more. Don't know what to say. Maybe I will just get some rags and clean my car itself. Will do a better job myself.

Have a clean car and most of the dog hair is gone! Needs a bit more cleaning to get the rest of the fur out! That is my fault took cover off!
