May 31st, 2024.Customer service was horrible!!!!!!! Every time I had a question about an item, lady (brown hair/glasses) would look at me weird like I was bothering her (she was literally folding clothes and on her phone) she looked like she was dragging her feet to even work. My son is 2.5 years old. Manager was telling him not to run but how could I prevent that? He’s a kid!!!! Definitely will be posting this my social media as well & YouTube channel.0/10

BUYER BEWARE, CROOKS HERE!!I bought a pair of 15.00 flip flops today. had them on not five minutes and they broke. This store would not give me an exchange or my money back!!

Every time I’ve come, regardless of the hours, the fitting rooms are closed. There’s only exchange/store credit policy. So you can’t even try stuff on at home and bring them back if they don’t fit.

You cant try anything on - fitting rooms are closed because they are "understaffed" yet their was one girl standing at the cashier doing nothing because no one was in line and shes right next to the fitting rooms so i dont see why she cant assist in the fitting rooms, then there's 2 other girls just chatting away while one is "sweeping" - They should at least offer refunds as an option since you can't try anything on.

I absolutely love this place.The clothes and shoe selection On point and completely affordable.It's worth the drive.They have 3 locations75th ave McDowell,43rd Ave Thomas and 59th Ave Northern.Love The Clothing Co.

I go to this store everyday, religiously! I love their selection and price ranges. I am very content with their staff, they leave you alone to shop as you please. I take forever, so I appreciate their understanding. The changing rooms are still closed because of COVID.

We are in May 2022 and their dressing rooms are still available. I think that the biggest issue at least for me. Then they don't let you return anything they only give you store credit. There is no logic in buying anything because if you want something, you can't try it on first. Then go home, try it on and don't like it you can't even return you are forced to exchange or your stuck with it. It's probably just this store.

The clothes and prices here are in similarity with clothes and prices you’ll find at fashion Q. The only downsides are that there are not fitting rooms, and no returns, sometimes exchanges. customer service isn’t the best but if you’re fairly good at sizing your clothes, and don’t really care too much about fantastic customer service this is a pleasant place to shop

Please note that the fitting rooms are closed as of 12/2021. The store does NOT allow returns. You can only do store credit or exchanges. This is not ideal if you are unsure if anything in the store fits you. VERY poor customer service. I used to love this store, but their new policies have ruined the place for me.

Worst costumer Service, The store sign says it closes at 8pm and i was here 15 min before 8pm and the manager was literally kicking us out not letting us shop comfortably! She was standing by the register telling us it was time for us to get out. My little sister grabbed a cute lil nail set and she was hurrying her to pay it for already and that if she wasnt to put it back. THEY NEED A BETTER MANAGER & A SIGN THAT SAYS WE CLOSE 15 MIN BEFORE TIME! never coming here again !!

Had bought a dress for a special occasion in Miami and so I packed my dress flew to Miami and then got ready for my event put the dress on there was a stain on the back so I removed the dress and put it back in my suitcase traveled back home and then came to return it and I was told no because it was used and I tried explaining but they refuse to listen and when I asked to speak to the manager I was told maybe Wednesday.

Very bad customer service, especially the manger! She was very rude my sisters & I had came in about 15-20 minutes before closing time and they didn’t want to let us in. After they finally let us in she kept rushing us telling us it was time to close but it wasn’t even 8 which is the time they originally close & that’s the time they have on their sign! They have false advertisement saying they close at 8 but in reality they close 20 min before. In that case they should have a sign saying they close 20-15 mins before 8 instead of rushing customers and not letting them shop as they please. The manger kept asking me are you going to pay and I wasn’t even done looking she made me feel very uncomfortable because she just kept staring at me as I tried to shop. I wasn’t even there for 10 minutes because she practically kicked us out. Please get better customer service or a better and nicer manager.
