Jose came over and told me what the problem was. I will recommend anyone that has any problems with their dryer washers or whatever appliance you have, they will fix it and get everything running again..

Jose answered our call on a Sunday evening and showed up right on time Monday morning. Jose was quick to identify and fix the problem with our refrigerator and was very polite/professional. The experience was refreshing compared to other companies in the Phoenix area and we will be using them again!

Jose did a great job. Came up with a innovative solution which fixed the problem and saved me some money.

Washing machine broke, they were here next day with part to fix.

Not happy with the service, the guy name Jose didn’t know what was wrong with my Kitchen Aid Refrigerator, he was guessing, may be this, maybe that, then charged $489. Replaced a part that it didn’t need to be replaced.Very unhappy please be aware! At the end, I contacted Kitchen Aid company and they told me what was wrong and sent me with one of the company that they do contract.

It was so convenient that the company was open on a Sunday for us to call and request immediate service for our washing machine. Jose came the next day and fixed our problem. He was professional, friendly, and prepared with the part we needed. We will definitely be using Click and done home services in the future.
