Just a regular laundry place. It's nice because it's still coin based, you aren't forced to overbuy a payment card that's only good for a single location, and can use quarters from your pocket change.

I love this place it's clean and the staff keep it clean and they are super helpful and kind. I come every weekend and it's quick and painless just get in do your laundry and get out in no time!!!

First, the laundromat needs to add the "pay range" or related app for convenience. I forgot my wallet and had to make multiple trips. I already have the app so it would have helped.Second, I checked on my close knowing they needed to be added to a dryer. I get there and some of my clothes were folded already, while my bedding was drying. Definitely a nice gesture, but the laundromat attendant immediately approached me with a "bill of services" that I didn't ask for or need. I had planned on using $5, if that, to dry my clothes but it was slightly higher. I had to go get extra cash before she would allow me to leave. Her and the patrons were slightly rude and blunt as if I truly owed her a significant amount of money, when she made the decision to remove my clothes from the washer (a pet peeve of mine).Anyways, I paid in full like I always do and thanked her. More than likely I won't return to that location as it's not advantageous to my laundering needs.

Mexican workers act like they cant speak English when you need to turn 2 dimes and a nickel into a quarter in order to finish drying your clothes. But they can sure tell you you cant wash dog bedding there or they will kick you out..

The staff is always helpful and smiling. By the time I finish my laundry, they've cleaned the place 5 times. They give me change and let me use the restroom. I don't know what other reviews are talking about because I'm white and don't speak Spanish but we've never had trouble communicating. Maybe try smiling and being nice to them?

Updating my review to 1 Star. I've seen this attendee exchange nickels and dimes so people can use the machines or give them a small garbage bag if theirs rips. She refuses Everytime to exchange my coins and charges me for the bags. I don't mind paying for the bags but having to leave for coins after unloading your laundry is allt when you can visibly see unfair treatment.

I take my laundry to this place all the time. I know that there are homeless people in the area but now homeless people are everywhere even in Scottsdale. The lady that works there is nice and very helpful. They definitely keep the place clean. The lady never stops cleaning.

This laundromat is okay during the day but if you go at night please make sure you have a friend. There are a lot of homeless and drug activity in this area.

The washers at my apartment complex quit working on me and my husband took our clothes there just to finish washing them and he was supposed to bring them back to dry. Well he forgot a load in one of the washers and the lady working put them in the back room and when I called and asked about them she remembered him and we got them back. I want to say thank you to her because in the neighborhood the Laundromat is located they could have easily been gone! She has to have the patience of a saint to deal with the things and people she has to!
