The hotel itself is pretty basic, passable for those looking to save money, and not a mid-tier or luxury option. The staff is great, very nice, helpful, and compassionate, providing amazing and outstanding service. Rooms are renovated, updated, clean, comfortable, and roomy with excellent water pressure and temperature. Guests feel at home and many state they will absolutely stay again, highly recommending it for a visit to Phoenix.

Great deal, great staff and great location. Obviously not the Ritz, but it's safe, accommodating and accessible. Will absolutely stay again next trip.
