This location is very racist. I just came in for a couple snacks and so decided to use the self checkout. Before me were two Caucasian people who the store employees allowed to go about their business without issue. But when it came to my turn, the same older Indian woman who’d been following me/keeping tabs throughout my short visit immediately practically runs up to snatch my items from me to start scanning my items - without being asked for assistance and with other customers that needed assistance at the other register. I was too shocked to tell her off right then and there but as I was leaving I saw her immediately go back to her other duties and let the other customers use the self checkout in peace. Won’t be shopping here again.

The woman's bathroom in the store could be cleaned better! The toilets both stalls weren't cleaned it looked like for a a long while.

I know I'm new around her but explain to me why the bathrooms close at night? I'm a night manager and I walk home and I really needed to go to the bathroom.

Employees smoking right in front of the entrance, nothing more disgusting than having to run through all the smoke.

Forget the facilities! They keep 'em closed to keep out the transients and so forth. This just means staff don't want to pay attention to the store and/or clean. Every time I come up here and I stop(sip and save) otherwise I'd avoid the bathrooms say out of order especially if there is only one employee working. Better off buying a Gatorade at least you'll have something to pee in when your done with it.

This woman was insufferable and completely unprofessional. I was getting my sip n save in a 50 ounce container (up to 55 ounces is the rule) and she tried saying No. Not only that she tried telling me to leave. She needs to be fired. When I asked for her name she pointed at her name tag and said “can’t you read” Even zoomed in I can’t see what it says because she threw paper on top of her tag. I’m guessing because she constantly has issues with people. Just horrendous and I would like corporate to reach out to me.

Blake was extremely disrespectful even cussed at me. I simple wanted a refund which he couldn’t do. Understandable but when I asked for a number of someone to call he freaked. Circle k should not be employing people like this. Circle has lost my business moving forward

Getting really tired of the manager here. This is the worst circle k in the entire area, and don't even think about setting foot inside on weekday mornings. Daryl is the worst. Good luck filling your 64oz container for sip and save. He will accuse you of theft and make a scene, but he allows the transients to live on site. Maybe Daryl should review the terms of sip and save before he runs all his legitimate customers off. There are rules signs posted all over the store, most barely make sense. What a joke. If I'm paying for Sip and save, I'm getting the value offered by corporate. Not falling for fake "rules" from an inept convenience store manager

It's a Circle K. It's not going to make you spontaneously buy things you never knew you wanted, unless it's that Snickers bar on sale at the counter -- but they've got the gas and goods you need! Don't forget your reward points!

Can't believe how bad this place has become. I usually stop in here late morning for a coffee and donut on my way to work. It's unfortunate that it's the closest Circle K to me. I wonder if it's even possible to let this store go any more than they've let it go. The fact I typically feel safer here at night than during the day really speaks volumes. The loitering is just out of hand. I don't know why they even bother with the signs on the exterior wall prohibiting it. I can't...cannot...even pull up to the store without being aggressively accosted by transients. Broad daylight, 2-3 employees around, PLUS a manager. You let them know you've got people knocking on your windows trying to get money. I've had angry transients yell at me and throw cigarette butts at my vehicle when I tell them I'm sorry I have no cash. Hey, I'm alone, it's unnerving, it's more than unnerving. Sometimes they sit out in front of the door in lawn chairs, multiple all lined up. I've actually witnessed a physical fight between two of them. I've been in the store when two of their "regular" transients did a snatch and grab. Sure I could call the police, and I have done so. Phoenix police said to call them because they can't get the manager to do it. What the what???? What sense does this make? It's not like this is isolated, it's an every day deal. Tried mentioning it to the manager and one gal tag teaming a register with him, and they looked at me like I'd grown a second head for saying anything. So I started going to another Circle K store in Ahwatukee that DOESN'T have this problem, also sits near a freeway. They tell me they don't have the issue because they don't allow it. They said the same thing Phoenix PD did, that Chandler and 48th not only won't call law enforcement, they encourage it by feeding them food and drinks from inside. So I guess bottom line is this store prefers aggressive, intimidating transients as opposed to paying customers. Message heard loud and clear!

Avoid this location like the plague. The store is unsafe to visit, especially at night. Homeless and transients that stay at the extended stay hotel behind it accost and harass customers, especially at night. You pull up and they are banging on your window asking for handouts before you even turn your engine off. The store manage condones it, even promotes it by giving them high-vide safety jackets to wear and has them take trash out of the store and smoke weed around the side of the parking lot. They will get into fist fights with customers in the parking lot and the store manager will not call the police on them, even after the police request they be called. The store manager is much more concerned about falsely accusing customers of spilling water on the floor, or getting too much coffee on a re-fill with the Sip-N-Save program (which their website says allows for up to 64oz) when you get 24oz. Their bathrooms are closed to customers, but the homeless are always granted access. Staffing is not surprisingly very poorly managed. You see the same 2-3 employees working 12 hour shifts at times, but you never see the manager doing anything of actual work to try and clean up this very dirty store, unlike other stores in the area where there is no manager, but employees try and keep things looking clean. Avoid and go to a different store in the area. They at least try and deal with the very aggressive homeless population and they don't attack you in your vehicle as soon as you pull up or swear at you when you refuse to be extorted for change.

Pretty ghetto for Tukee. I know that Circle K attracts a certain crowd, but this place borders on scary at times. Easy in and out, clean location, and decent staff. Good amount of gas pumps.

Went there one night on the way home from work. The guy that was working that night is usually very nice but he decided to be very rude to my nephew and sister and I. I did not like the fact that the guy was total j**** I know people have bad days but it is unacceptable to show emotions to your customers.

Clean. Large selection. Decent sized parking area. About 10 pumps maybe. Best gas station coffee of any gas stations
