Some blonde lady with glasses refused to take a state issued ID. She is the only one to say I can’t use my ID I come here ALL THE TIME. I won’t be again though.

Stop in to grab water ice and an energy drink and was told by Peggy that she can't service me. I thought she was joking with me because when I lived on this side of town I used to come here every morning to get gas and energy drinks and then I moved to the east side and haven't been by in 2 months. Then she perceives to tell me I can't serve you! So I asked are you being for real? She said "Yes you came in here with your son and yielded an employee" so I stated 1 I don't have a kid 2 I never came in here with a kid 3 I would never yell at an employee.I asked for a photo of the person she thinks I was there was no photo. so glad to say I will never come back to this circle k.very disrespectful of Peggy to just assume I'm someone without any proof and be so rude to paying customers maybe she shouldn't be working there anymore if that's how she treats customers.

It’s the closest, but I’ve learned to drive on by. You can never get propane because the attendant can’t leave the store. Second time time now I’ve tried. How about y’all just remove the cage from in front of the store and save people the hassle. Lines are always long. Gas is priced higher than most.

This store sucks.On a Sunday afternoon came to this store on 48th Street and Elliot in ahwatukee, to get propane. Since there was only one employee in the store they could not sell me the propane. Employee behind the counter was hardly apologetic for the inconvenienceYou would think they would be able to match their staffing much better.

This location has gone downhill in the last year. Trash cans all full probably due to having no staff. Can't blame people for not wanting to work for low wages. Next off most pumps credit card readers either don't work or won't accept the card. The tap feature never works. No reciept paper on my last two visits. Also no way to use Frys rewards at most pumps. This should be fixed but still isn't working. This is a problem at several circle k locations not just this location.

I LOVE all the staff that I've met so far and I think t at the intersection of Elliot and 48th Street. Almost all of the employees I've met have been very personable and pleasant, fantastic well-mannered, personable with customers. But there's this one employee who I assume works evenings, because I\"ve never see him working during the day and he was working at 1:48 a.m. today. He was unbelievably unprofessional normal teller but had the most optionslack employee with a short buzz cut and he works late at night. I'm going to go to that circle k avoid that guy, like I said he works evenings and nights he's got a terrible attitude and completely unprofessional. Cashier was incredibly rude and impatient and passive aggressive not only to me but others. I don't think I'll ever go to that circle k again as long as that guy's there.

I stop at this store several times a week and have always gotten the best service anybody could expect. Today I stopped and asked for propane and was told "my coworker is on lunch." I asked how long and the very rude young lady told me "until he comes back!" About an hour later I stopped back and was told i still could still not get propane, "how long is lunch?" Again in her RUDE fashion she informed me he was not at lunch, he was doing paperwork! She would not even consider asking him to come to the front of the store to fill one small propane. I was very angry and walked out. I will probably find a new location to stop even though I thoroughly enjoy the week time staff. Circle K, you may want to rethink that young lady as a "customer service" employee!
