The experience I have witnessed and received at this store is extreme management abuse (harassment, yelling, cursing, manipulation, intimidation, belittling) to the highest level. This store deserves to be evaluated and shut down for horrible employee treatment.

The lady working the front around 1:35PM today deserves a raise and some paid time off! Went out of her way to make sure I was okay by giving me something of hers. Very appreciative of her for doing that! Keep up the solid works guys!

Not too bad. I stopped here a few times for some liquor staying at my hotel room. Bought a couple drinks , wine and some snacks. They have a big gas station. Yes i will agree with some Yelpers on the neighborhood a bit sketchy at night time. Just seem like a place i dont want to be late at night. All in all, Yeah customer service here kind of sucks. The people running store act like they dont want to be there. All in all, I come when only i need something.

Who ever was working this morning was the slowest employee I've ever seen. To the point where I didn't even take my change due back. I lost 3$ and some change because this person is so slow at the job. When there's only two people in line you shouldn't spent 10 minutes with a costumer. I know this location is having problems with getting employees but come on man. You have to be able to use a register at a gas station.

Tori was very helpful this morning when my gas tank would not fill properly. I was so concerned but she took some extra time to read instructions and determined that the cover had been left open for too long! ? We fixed the problem and in no time my tank was filled up. Thanks again Tori for going above and beyond! ?

Who ever is working this morning is racist. Being rude to me and everything. They don't deserve to work in a industry where you deal with people. I go to this circle k every day. This person was probably mad because that had to go work at a different store that usual. She wasn't the normal staff that works behind the counter. Made me feel so uncomfortable, treating me like I'm a theif. All I was purchasing was two drinks and a couple wraps. This person deserves to be fired.

I've used this Circle K for years primarily pumping diesel into my vehicle so my purchases have been more than moderate. About 3 weeks ago, I went inside the store so I could use what was left on my AMEX gift card. The balance remaining was small at about $15 but it's savings nonetheless. I asked the assistant working behind the counter if I could split a fuel prepayment between two cards. I'd try and drain what was left on my AMEX gift card and then put more on one of my regular cards. She told me that would be no problem. She asked me to hand her my gift card which was my first mistake. She swiped the card and told me it showed as declined. I thought perhaps that the $15 I asked her to charge against that card may have been more than the balance remaining so I asked her to do it again for $14 which I knew should work. She told me again it was declined. I asked her to try swiping for $12 and again she told me it was declined. So she gave me the card and I used my regular credit card in the POS card reader they have on the customer side of the register. I got my receipt for the $66 total that I paid and filled up with gas. Since she told me my AMEX gift card was declined, I was curious as to what the balance was so I went to the AMEX gift card website, entered my card number and sure enough, my balance before I brought it into that Circle K store was $14 and change. Then I saw that she charged $9.95 against the card. Unbelievable. I have gone into the store twice and they have not been willing to credit or refund the $9.95. At this point it is not worth my time to continue to recoup the loss but it is amazing to me that the store actually supports theft. At the end of the day, that Circle K employee stole $9.95 of my money. I did not walk out of the store with any goods; only the $66 receipt from my fuel purchase. On their cameras that's all that would show up but still, they refuse to address the issue. Additionally, they are not PCI compliant when they are taking a customer credit card into their hand; they are not to be touching the card. It is only a regulation and not a law, but it is a fineable offense. Regardless, just know that this store does not operate around any type of ethics and with no shortage of gas station/food stores, I would encourage everyone to stay away from this store.
