Wasn’t allowed to put in inner circle number to get discount. I tried to return items so I could then re-buy things at discount. I was told that I was not allowed to return bottle of water and that most people don’t want the discount anyways that’s why I was not told that I was needed to put in my phone number or even asked if I had her rewards number. This store seems like it is a scam. I’m trying to nickel and dime people out of rewards that used to be included without a phone number.

The gentleman working right now at this circle k needs a raise!! I hope his manager sees this and he gets one. I went in to put $5.47 in my gas tank to make it to Mesa/AJ today and my gas kept going, stopping at $15.47. I went back in to ask him if something was wrong because I only gave him the $5.47. He said he added $10 for me. God bless!

Literally just updated my cdl license today so was presented with a paper copy of my license from the department of motor vehicle until my physical copy came in the mail. I was told it could be used as identity for any amd everywhere. I go to thks gas station to get small margarita can and the guy refused a state issued copy of my license. Smh. Make no sense.

I went after work at 4pm today to grab a few things and was shocked to find a person putting up these signs on the door and locking the doors from the inside by wrapping them together with what looked like a cell phone charger so no one could get in? It was the same man named Chris who every time I go in to make a Chime reload he tells me the machines not working but it always seems to be working fine when any other person is working? I drove back by after going to the grocery store across the street which took me maybe 15mins max and the signs were down and they were back up and running with the doors unlocked???

Tbh this hasn't always been the best circle k as the reviews show but they have definitely improved in the last couple months. I've heard they're under new management and met a new worker, Tommy - who actually was cleaning 3am when I went. Don't think ive seen that at this location in years. Counters to parking lot its slowly (finally) improving

The guy at night stole my money. $65. Fraudedvme and acted like the machine gave me the correct change. If you use the automatic change machine make sure you count out your change because it delays so you will only take the first amount it spits out so that he can pocket the rest. Then the receipt says you got the whole amount and he just got away with robbing you. That is exactly my experience. I am beyond disgusted.

Absolutely horrible service. I pulled out a cup to get a soda, machine is out of the soda that I want so I left the cup, THE CASHIER GRABBED THE EMPTY CUP FROM TBE BACK AND BROUGHT IT TO THE FRONT AND RANG ME UP FOR IT WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING AS IF I WOULDNT NOTICE??? I said 'sir, we were unable to grab the drinks we wanted because your machine is down, we don't want the soda' and he said 'well you grabbed the cup, we charge by the cup...' SIR. Your machine isn't working??? It was a clean cup that I left in the back??? Are you f**king serious? He tried to deny a CLEARLY DISPLAYED deal to the customer in front of us, it took 10 minutes for the woman to show him the sign and he kept saying she was incorrect when she was absolutely correct. CHRIS from this location needs to be fired or retrained, this is unacceptable and I will never return.

One of the two Circle K’s in the area that actually stays open all night, thank you! We don’t all work 9-5.The young lady that typically works the night shift is always helpful and polite. Don’t go in expecting 5 star service, it’s a gas station/convenience store. But they will help if you ask and I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Rude attendants, broken fuel pumps. Dude behind the counter just eating snacks and smacking his lips. Was generally displeased that he had customers. Spend your money somewhere else.

The cashier was rude and aggressive. He turned me away for having cash because he was closing his drawer out but he wasn’t even counting his drawer. We shouldn’t have to deal with bad attitudes from them because they don’t work efficiently. Especially first thing in the morning. What a joke.

Soda machine has been down for weeks because they’re out of carbonation, not acceptable to be out for literal weeks. They also don’t make any tea even though they don’t need carbonation.Manager should be fired and hire someone who can get things ordered and fixed.
