Service with a smile as usual /s. Daughter’s credit card has been hacked here twice (yeah after that we stopped using this station). The slovenly cashier with her extra special good morning and cheery mood makes me feel like adding extra cyanide to my coffee next door at Dutch Bros. Have holy water when you visit this location.

bunch of inappropriate low class fools working here. Trevante working here verbally harassed me and I will be reaching out to circle k about it knowing nothing will come off of it but I am so shaken up by this experience especially an employee. I came in and simply stayed , can I get $15 on pump 18 and he looked at me and said right away “you sure princess” and I just started at him. I then asked for a receipt and he said we don’t do receipts here and started to yell at another employee telling him that “you hear this one? She’s asking for a receipt she’s real funny isn’t she” and continued acting rowdy and for another few minutes while I just waited for my receipt. He told me “good luck pumping your gas princess” amongst other things while I stayed dead silent looking at him. I walked out of here feel shaken up uncomfortable and harassed.

Same gas pumps broken for months. Employees could care less and have the nerve to tell you it's operator error. No wonder quick trip is always so busy. I'm surprised this place has a 2.5 star rating it's way too high.

There’s a $100 cap on gas purshases. Really dumb considering gas is $4+ a gallon. And they never stock the receipt printer at the pump. Good thing there are plenty of other gas stations around.

I have been a customer at this store for the last ten years. During the holidays, I had purchased a $25 gift card, and since haven't been able to use it. The card company claimed that it was an issue with the store's activation. The staff, who I've seen every other day, were very nice, and tried to help in whatever ways they could. With no progress, they said the manager would be the only person capable of handling this issue. I was given the times he came it. After days of trying to catch the manager, he was disinterested in hearing my issue. He looked at the card, looked at the receipt, and gave me an "I don't know man". My patience wore off when I asked him "Am I just out $25?" And he gave another shrug with a "I guess so". Well, it's unfortunate. 10 years of food, drinks, and gas, and I finally learned the value of money, and that it's not worth being spent here. Josh is a sad manager, and any one of his staff would be better fit for his role.

Recently been seeing new employees, most of them couldn’t care less about customer service or just being a human, also went to this location around 1130pm today, employee was outside talking to a girl and said sorry we are closed, but if I’m right, pretty sure all circle k’s are 24hrs or at least a majority of them, i know he just didn't want to serve me

Yesterday at around 11 PM a man in the store started to yell at my son who is 16 years old and I was defending him and the cashier said to take it outside. I find that extremely offensive considering that I could’ve been hurt as well as my child. I will never return to the store again. And I used to come here every day. Very unsatisfied very unhappy

Stop in often at this location for fuel and a fountain drink. The fountain drink machine has had an "out of order" sign now for weeks. The employees have "no idea" when it might be fixed and have a "don't care" customer service attitude. Think I'm finally ready to take my business elsewhere...
