The circle k location on 32nd st and Greenway should have been closed down this evening. I went into the store and breathing in the store was painful for me. I have had asthma problems since I was a kid and as I went in there to get a case of water, the store clerk advised me that a homeless man left a bag in the store that had bear mace in it and the can of mace exploded inside the store. I advised him that he should air the store out and shut it down. The store clerk told me that the Incident happened an hour ago and the air is still really thick. The store clerk also said that it doesn’t bother him, and he is used to it by now. I still can’t breathe and I left the store about 10 minutes ago. I am praying to God this doesn’t affect my health and breathing problems throughout the night.

Went in the store today around 4pm. The cashier Lou was assisting an elderly lady with some lottery tickets. You could tell there was some frustrations he couldn’t hear her as she didn’t talk very loud. He refused her money and told her he paid for the whole thing just to get out of the way. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and how rude he was. The little lady ending up leaving a and left a $20 bill on the counter he said I can’t put that in the register and it stayed on the counter he pushed it to the side.
During this I was over to the self check out machine. It charged me $10.89 extra have no idea what it was for. So I go to Lou’s line I say hello I used the machine and it charged me for something I didn’t buy.. He very rudely tells me there is nothing he could do about it it’s a machine and he can’t get into to it. WHAT! Why couldn’t you just refund me for the machine error. Needless to say I won’t ever use the self check out machine!
Lou and I exchanged some words about how unprofessional he was!
LOU life is too short to be unhappy if you hate your job get a new one! The way you spoke to the lady In front of me was uncalled for. You should be ashamed of yourself. I hope no one ever speaks to your Mom that way. Do better!
Circle K train your employees so they can assist customers!

very bad customer service, went in to get a drink and the worker whose named starts with bre something was very rude to the customers cursing at them and calling them stupid i get that it’s circle k but there should still be some professionalism, if i were the owner i would fire these type of workers

Came at 11:15 tonight and Brent was working and we received terrible customer service. We were trying to add money to my cash app and he put the $500 inside the safe first and when it wasn’t working for us he told us it would be a wait to get the $500 out of the safe. No problem waiting except when we asked how long he said “as long as it takes me” then when a customer after us was purchasing one coke and one Pepsi two liter and asked why it wasn’t 2/$4 instead of kindly saying it’s not part of the promotion he quickly snapped at her “we don’t price match we’re not the grocery store”. Disappointed in the service we received and the people after us. We are convenience store workers as well and we did not approach him rudely, we feel we were treated in an unkind manner.

I stop at this gas station once per week to fill-up and every time I've paid at the pump over the past month, there is no receipt paper in the freakin' machine!
Modern pumps were designed to allow customers to swipe or tap their cards at the pump AND receive a printed receipt to eliminate the need for in-store gas purchases. EVERYTHING is supposed to happen AT THE PUMP! Pay - Pump - Print & Go! NOT pay, pump & STILL have to come into the store to stand in line behind those who are waiting to make purchases for a receipt for a completed purchase!!!
The kicker is that every time I've gone inside for my receipt there's been a cashier at the register AND a man sitting in the office doing paperwork. I get that there is paperwork to be done; however, if the cashier can't leave the register to check & stock the pumps, office guy should backup his coworker and get it done.
With countless Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc., delivery drivers patronizing gas stations on a regular basis, being able to pay, pump and obtain a receipt quickly is a MUST. Timely customer deliveries often depend upon it, and the extra unnecessary minutes wasted retrieving receipts in-store that SHOULD have been available at the pump is ridiculous.
Consistent improvement is needed. Do better.

Jamaica was a fantastic help today! Live right by this circle k so I’m always coming in late and she’s always super friendly checking out. Great personality! This store wouldn’t be the same for without her!

It's 5:20 in the morning I have my little ones in the car we are giving their dad a ride to work our store front view this morning is watching a drug addict get high on top of the trash can amazing I won't be back over here with my kids especially. All the circle Ks seem to be going downhill. Matches their customer service.

This location is never open whenever I come here it doesn’t matter what time of the night I come I could come at 10 PM, 1245, 1 AM this door is always locked for some reason well whoever manages this please please take a look into the habits of the person who runs this at night I just want to visit a convenient store that’s convenient in my neighborhood

Lizzy, your a amazing person! She was so sweet to everyone who walked through the door... I can't even describe how awesome she was but she was holding the door open for customers and I even saw her offer to buy a homeless man sitting outside a burger. That was such a refreshing thing to see in a world of Jerks! Keep up the excellent work lizzy, it makes a difference ?

Convenient and on the corner of major intersection. Not many homeless people around the facility and pumps. Facility is clean and well stocked.

Go to open the door and they have a sign up saying will open at 5pm. It was 415pm
