Got accused of theft this morning. Didn't have that on the bingo card. Did the self check out and was told it went through so we left. The lady came out talking about calling the cops and whatnot until we showed her the pending charge on the credit card. We won't be back.

NEVER GOING BACK HERE. Putrid employees. Lack the basic skills to transfer gas from one pump to another... Why are there 4 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing but cracking jokes and making fun of customers???
All the staff here needs to be re trained because they have absolutely zero clue how to do the most basic responsibilities of the job they have

I attempted to shop for a favorite beverage in this store (Greenway & Tatum) on 3/21/24 at approximately 3pm. After placing the items on the Smart Checkout scanner, I commented to the clerk (a blond woman with frizzy hair) that the prices changed, and it was no longer the buy 2 get one free discount as it had been for a very long time. I was getting the 3rd one for full price this time. She had the audacity to state in front of several other customers that it was never a discount and has always been a rebate to be mailed in after purchase and that "you and other customers" have been telling the clerks to change the price to get the free can. I stated that it has been coming up in the system as buy 2 get one free for a long time and I have never seen anything about a rebate. She continued to argue with me, so I began to walk out. She was still blathering on about it always being a rebate as I was walking out the door. I proceeded to a different Circle K store where I am familiar with the manager and don't get treated with disrespect. I asked him about it, and he confirmed that, yes, it was buy 2 get 1 free for a very long time but only in the past week or so it changed to a rebate. The idea that customers have the authority to just tell a clerk what to charge and get away with it is ludicrous and this woman completely lacks any customer service skills whatsoever. I don't know what her position is at Circle K but she should be terminated. I won't be stopping by this location in the future.

The frumpy old cashier, with the goofy glasses and the red dyed dreadlocks, was one of the nastiest women I’ve been unfortunate enough to have to deal with.Nothing specific, just the way she talked to every customer and her fellow employees is a disgrace to the service industry.She was very rude, condescending, and even arrogant.Her fellow employees looked embarrassed to be around her and gave multiple customers an apologetic look as they were dealing with her.I believe she may even been a supervisor. That says a lot about the management of this gas station.Go somewhere where the people at least want you to shop.

I had an absolute terrible experience this morning. went to buy some chips and a soda but there were no cans so I bought a polar pop when I asked the clerk why there were no cans he asked me three times to repeat myself so I gave up and got on my car.next thing I know, this clerk, and older man is taking my picture and accusing me of not paying for my items (the polar pop was free due to the inner circle program) I showed him my receipt and went to look for a manager but of course none to be found

This store has been in a constant state of disrepair since opening. A great location and a new build, but a tremendous let down for the community. I have visited regularly since it's opening and cannot remember seeing it fully clean or functioning. So much potential for this location and so little care paid to it.

I'm actually changing my previous review from 4 star to 2 stars because the lack of management in this store and other issues as well. The young lady (Chelsey) who always rings me up is so friendly and helpful and I have never had customer service like she does.
The manager Bev does not help with customers even though they are 11 deep in line and only 1 cashier. I have talked to her and she still does nothing to help. Seems the concern is for the paperwork instead of taking care of the customers.
I also would recognize Mike because he is good also. He is very quiet so don't take him wrong. That's just his personality. He's actually a really nice guy.
Night shift doesn't clean or stock and it seems everytime I go in I have to ask for them to stock something because night shift didn't do it.
Unfortunately I would not recommend stopping at this location on Weds or Thurs if you want any kind of decent customer service.

If you need gas go elsewhere. Half the time they’re out of gas and it takes them days or weeks to get more. The other half of the time the pumps are all broken.

Mike was rude and completely unhelpful. Not sure who the other lady was who was in the store but she wasn’t much better. I’ve come to realize that there is only one store in this area that’s any good!!!

During the daytime it can be difficult to get rung up and out the door. At night everything is fine.
