The managers at the store now are very nice as well as the employees on first shift and two of the employees on 2 shift are very respectful and kind the over night workers are very respectful and helpful the only problem I see is the employee ty is a trouble maker and this respectful

I had some issues with a money order and ended up speaking with 4 different staff members over the course of a few weeks trying to resolve my issues. Every staff member was incredibly patient and kind and genuinely put in effort to help me. They even helped me come up with alternative solutions since they weren't able to resolve it at this location. For the reviews complaining is dirty outside... It's a gas station in Phoenix... What did you expect? The inside of the store is clean and well-stocked and the staff are friendly, that's the best we can ask for!

This is not a clean store or very safe area. It is usually crowded (homeless people around) and not the easiest to get in and out of. During my visit as you can see from photos they were almost entirely out of drink straws and cups. (I drove from the other Circle K on olive initially with their machine being broken). I’ve seen plenty of other gas stations in more precarious locations with better interiors and store maintenance.

Terrible experience with this circle k there is always hoodlums hanging out outside it's very threatening I will never ever go to this circle again bad customer service I called complaining about the issue and they lied and said there was nobody hanging outside when there was over 10 people in their parking lot and by the gas pumps that we're all gang related looking or drug addicts if you don't want to get shot or robbed just stay away from here

Do we not know how to ask security to swing by? It would be nice to walk into the store without smelling pills. Disgusting job. You can’t stop the homeless but when is to much on property??

My son worked here for 3 years. He was recently killed by a car while crossing Peoria Ave. The new manager and her team have been compationet and caring regarding my son. And are the best team there in forever. And the store looks great too.

The location is too small for the car traffic it receives. I think there's space available if there's a will for expansion. There's also very many homeless people and they will ask you for money either at the car or at the entrance. One homeless person asking is ok, five is not

The staff is wonderful and very friendly. The outside of the store is air terrible. The owner needs to hire someone to power wash the outside, its quite repulsive

July 3rd 2023 10:30PM I stopped in to get gas and lottery tickets I gave the cashier way winning tickets to turn in and he said "we're not doing those right now" I replied "alright well can I at least buy some more" "naw Im not don't those right now" and proceeded to complain to his coworker about needed a smoke break. I was in disbelief! I can understand being frustrated and needing your 15min of peace during your shift but you don't take your frustration out on a customer and refuse serve simple because "you don't want to" the extreme lack of professionalism is not okay!! his name was Ardamis or something close to that. I provided the date and time so you can check your shift schedule to assure you have the right person. will be taking my business elsewhere going forward

5 stars for the ultimate experience with a blue collar meeting center stage at check out area, and just enough panhandlers to entertain but not irritate. old school points for not having a self checkout machine. tip: avoid the fountain machine ice.

Awful store, trashy staff, just about everything in the store is out of stock or doesn't work. They got an army of homeless people outside waiting to beg for change. Honestly, the staff seem very lazy and unmotivated. Overall, it was a very depressing place to be in.I'm surprised the store isn't closed down yet.
