Steak, country potatoes, veggies, tomatoe soupPros: my server Victoria was very attentive and nice. Tomatoes soup is best I’ve had at a restaurant in recent memory (not on the menu, ask for it). Prices are reasonable. Plenty of protein options.Cons: steak has no flavor (salt & seasoning), was not tender, was rough / tough, cooked unevenly (some of it was medium, other was rare). Food was lifeless.

Vegetables and potatoes were so hot you could barely eat them so I know they grill works. My medium steak was cooked well done and was cold. Waited 40 minutes for a cold

That waitor had no pride in his work. I have compassion for him, he's obviously suffering on the inside. If he viewed his work as an opportunity to serve, his happiness would go up.

I had the Flat Iron Steak and a cold BlueMoon. It was fantastic! The steak was cooked to perfection and the sides included complimented the steak nicely.

The food was a little better than normal airport food, I got the chicken sandwich and fries and the fries were so good, not greasy at all. The bartender Tige was so nice and very fast and attentive. However, the girl that sat me literally knocked my backpack off the back of the chair by accident and then told me that my backpack is on the floor and I need to pick it up because it was in her way. She was so nasty and left such a bitter taste in my mouth that I wouldn’t go back there because of her. Which is such a shame because everything else was really good.

Fast, friendly service and a delicious fairly priced breakfast burrito. Glad I walked a few minutes to this spot outside of the Southwest terminal.

Avoid this place. The owner and cook, not chef, should be embarrassed to have served and charged me $20 for such garbage. Even the waiter said so.At best, this was the breakfast I passed up at the hotel. Everything was pre-prepared and served out of warmers. The eggs were microwaved. The food came out in about two minutes after ordering and It could not have been freshly made. I was served a processed sausage patty and baked or deep fried potatoes. The English muffin was probably cooked an hour ago and was dry and hard.I walked all the way from the A gates to sit down and relax before my flight and this was a disaster. I went to McDonald’s after to get something worth eating. The service was unenthusiastic and there was no attention after the service. And I had to go to the bar and ask for a refill.Sorry to the Owner, but I read a review that said best airport food ever and it was certainly not the case for my visit. You should be embarrassed to serve that.

We had lunch before boarding plane- no worries about time crunch as service was fast and efficient. Certainly saw great teamwork to get tables cleared, cleaned and set up for continuous travellers. Partner had BLT - loved it and delicious fries, I had Ciao Mixed Greens with added grilled chicken - also delicious but if I ordered again I would ask for dressing on the side.

The lady seating us was awesome. Food was good. The grumpy waiter ruined it all with his attitude. Order was incorrect but couldn't say anything as he didn't check on us at all. We tried getting his attention multiple times even with our table being next to the servers ordering terminal didn't matter. He heard nothing and ignored us. Got 1 refill.... I guess 3rd time's the charm. Keep spreading your misery sir.

Very mediocre food, but staff seemed friendly enough. I ordered chicken sandwich with a jalapeño aioli. It was pretty bad. Hard bread, the aioli was like mayo with no kick, the chicken was cold. Fries cold and hard. But I guess it’s airport food right??

I was surprised to receive excellent service and very good food in an airport restaurant. Staff was great. Real people, energetic and positive

The male bartender was visibly fighting with the female bartender throughout the entire meal. At one point he muttered “just do your job” while washing glasses. They got everyone’s drinks and food orders wrong because of their fight. Avoid at all costs. Haven’t seen something like this before. He should be fired.

This was my first time trying Cowboy Ciao on one of my layovers in Phoenix. This was located by Gate B22. I was seated pretty quickly. It was very busy. I barely sat down when I was asked what I wanted to drink. Didn't get to really look at the menu, but I knew I wanted wine and water to start. I didn't find much of the menu interesting, so I ordered a chicken quesadilla with fries. It was not as flavorful as I had hoped, but i wanted to eat something that was not a cold sandwich or salad. I had plenty of shrimp, so I could not have that this meal. Overall, the vibe is good. The service was quick. I'd probably come back for quick service, wine, people watching, the vibe, and a hot meal between flights.

Good food. EtcThis review is for Tige. He might be the best bartender ever. I say might as a qualifier. His attitude is awesome. He’s attentive. He’s efficient. Watching him you realize just how unremarkable the average bartender is. It makes you notice that most people are just there for a paycheck. He makes you feel like he loves what he does and wants to do it as well as he can. It’s the difference between a person who is watching the clock because he doesn’t really like his job, and someone who acts as though the clock doesn’t exists. If I liked my job as much as Tige does, I wouldn’t hit snooze.Boys step back. Men step forward.
