Dr. Sandhu and staff are GREAT!! Not just my first visit, EVERY visit. Pricing? Their office visit is very reasonable compared to the outrageous prices majority of the other animal hospitals are charging. I’ve been going there for 15+ years and received the same wonderful service for all my 4 legged children. It’s 12 miles one way and here are many veterinary and animal clinics along the way, in fact there’s 1 less than half a mile away and I will ALWAYS choose Christown Animal Hospital.

Although their office is humble, the vet doctor and staff are very caring, thorough, and very attentive to detail.

This hospital needs to realize there is an issue with e parking and it needs to be enforced more with signs stating no parking because it seems to me that the security system and the owner of this hospital and mesquite Terrance need to get together and come down to understanding because at the end of the day we get hit with towing fees I recommend this hospital move to another location because it's becoming a problem and I am pretty sure they are aware of this apartment complex being built so they need to A, move ore B enforced more signs stating no parking because a lot of the community now and days are not following rules and regulations so this needs to be enforced ASAP because I am a single mother with two jobs and I am unaware about this operation or system about the parking and it becoming a big mess it needs to be solved and corrected.bI need the owner of this hospital to speak out and come to a solution along with mesquite Terrance and Delta security because the security system here is stating it's okay to park and at the end of the day Kwik tow is already towing vehicles this needs to be resolved ride away or I will take this further in to court I can't afford 160 for parking

Let me just say that the Vet here is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell he really cares about his patients and will help you understand exactly what you want to know. That being said he is clearly overwhelmed with work. There was only one time I was able to actually meet with him in person. Aside from the actual vet, the counter staff are some of the most patience testing people the universe has ever created. I have not met a more uncaring and unmotivated group of people in my life. They have more energy and enthusiasm to drive a cheeseburger into their gullet than they do to help you or your pet. The most simple tasks will almost always be over complicated and mind bogglingly difficult for them to accomplish and rarely do they ever actually complete these tasks. I tried my hardest to be patient with these people but unfortunately, while the vet a great person, he needs to fire his whole staff and start fresh because the culture is garbage and the help anything but helpful. It is a real shame and I am sure they won’t miss my business, but take this review with a grain of salt and see for yourself.

Front desk lady was extremely rude to me when I already scheduled my C-section and I’m in the freaking office waiting to get a C-section. I’m trusting you with my dogs life in your hands and then you have the audacity to tell me I can go somewhere else for a C-section after I mention you guys raising your prices again . She tells me do you want to go somewhere else after they raise their prices another $45 per C Section and then on top of that, they charge me an additional $200, which I don’t mind paying I understand things come up things happen but at least treat your customers with respect and appreciation. I will definitely be looking for other vets for c sections. Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk staff made me feel very unwelcome after I’ve been coming here for years spending thousands of dollars!! it’s a shame like most of vets now a days. They’re in it for the money they don’t care about the customer or the dog. Extremely disappointed with the last experience I had here I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE!! by the way, rude lady at the front desk you’re not the only vet in town that does C Section so quit acting rude and unprofessional to paying customers your rude attitude is gonna ruin this business! I already found another vet that does cheaper c sections!

Dr powers and the whole staff are amazing! They do all they can to help keep my pets healthy as well as keeping the costs down. 2 of my dogs are alive and healthy because of the care they have been given at Christown.

Dr Sandu is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. However, his new front desk staff with the exception of Heather is just awful. No customer service skills, poor communication and so unfriendly. My 5 star rating is based on the skills performed by the Vet.

I just went today for the first (and last) time. The front desk staff was friendly enough but the office is super uninviting and actually pretty unkempt. The vet leaves at 2... so why be open until 5? Also the vet was very unhelpful and did not listen to my dogs issues at all. I kept trying to get answers on my dogs issues but all he wanted to do was give my dog meds. I bought the meds but not going to be giving them to her after all. At the end of my visit I asked the vet tech why he was giving my dog appetite inducing pills when she is having vommiting issues, she said "I don't know", then I asked why he proscribed the second medication she said, "I don't know".
When the vet was actually with my dog I feel like he didn't care and wanted to be done with me. It was a waste of money and if you actually care for your fur baby HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere. This vet clearly has lost his passion for animals, if he ever had it.

After surgery, I had to put my cat down. (2021) Took cat to specialist, got biopsy done. Said the mass was not cancerous yet previously vets didn't want to work on it because where the mass was placed. Took it here and vet said with assurance he can take mass out or at least most of it. After surgery took cat home, kennel and blanket had blood everywhere. Cat suffered for 4 days, still giving him him pain med. Took him back to the vet that same week thinking they would give him more pain meds and in a minute of seeing him the vet said "oh his cancer has spread", with no empathy! But how did he know that? By just touching it, he knew? How did he know it was cancer? Biopsy showed it wasnt? If he knew it was cancer, why didn't he tell me?
I couldn't bare see my animal suffer, I had to put him down that same day

I would like to say that I have never gotten great service before. The doctor was really good, they helped me understand what was wrong with my dogs. I would also like to thank Emily and Evelyn who are sisters for helping me with my dogs, and making sure they are getting the right treatment.
