I had an amazing experience with this location! Steven was incredibly helpful and kind. As was all of the staff, they were very reassuring. I feel as though they took their time and gave me a very thorough report on the condition of my car and I even saved money compared to the quote the dealership had given me. The sales team here is very misleading, almost like stereotypical used car salesmen. They’ll say anything to get you in the door. They charge $190 just to inspect your vehicle, and even if they go ahead with repairs, that fee isn’t waived—you’ll still be charged $190 plus hourly labor. I took my truck in for an oxygen sensor replacement; it took seven hours, cost me $540, and the very next day, my check engine light was back on. If you need anything more complex than an oil change, I wouldn’t recommend going here. They often assign oil change technicians to work on issues that really require a certified mechanic. Don’t be fooled by their friendliness—it’s just a facade.

Was able to get in same day and utilized their free shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up later once repairs were complete. Overall great service and reasonable pricing for what I had completed.

It was a great experience from the second I walked in. Everyone was friendly and greeted me and ensured I was helped. They all seem to enjoy their job. Also, I was dropping off my vehicle and taking the shuttle back to work. They were informed the shuttle was running about 20 minutes and offered to drive me in my car to get me to work on time so I appreciated that ! Definitely make it convenient for everyone and go above and beyond expectations. Thank you !
