I recently left my old insurance company, Liberty Mutual, after 14 years, for increasing premiums. They didn't offer any help or incentives to stay. Michelle and Chris were extremely helpful in getting insurance for my cars/property, and life, at very reasonable and competitive costs. Michelle was honest about what they can, and can't cover, which I appreciate a lot. Chris helped me look at future retirement options too. Very quick response times. Will definitely continue to use their company!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Valette from Chris Wing's office. She was so considerate and professional and answered all of the questions I had, while patiently explaining everything relating to the policies. She had me signed up for both home and auto insurance so quickly, I couldn't believe it was already done! I remember it literally taking hours the last time I signed up for insurance with my last company. State Farm's prices were a fraction of what I was paying for the same insurance through another company--AND this other company would never answer their phones or return calls from the local office, and this is from a major insurance company. Never again, and my only regret is not calling State Farm, and specifically Chris Wing's office, sooner! Which, they answered on the first ring by the way. Thank you for the excellent customer service and fair pricing you gave me!

I received a bill for my next insurance payment and decided to shop around and see if I could find a cheaper quote elsewhere. I receved a phine call from Michelle not too long after that. Michelle was very knowledgable, helpful, and quoted a cheaper price for my coverage. Michelle was very attentive, pleasant to speak with, and made the process effortless in a timely manner as well. I am very happy with the service received.

Chris Wing and his associates are great to work with! Great customer service! We all know prices for everything now these days are going up including insurance. My premiums for home and auto have gone up and I took the opportunity to shop around for better rates and Chris and State Farm still came out better and cheaper!!
