This review is solely in whole pertaining to the actions of SVP of Human Resources Nancy Lipman and Bernadette Brown within the HR Department. Nancy and Bernadette has compromised the integrity of the Human Resources Department. They do not believe in maintaining the highest ethical standards that is conveyed.Which makes employees outside of the department question their credibility. Some will do their bidding as they accept egregious fraud but proceeds to investigate their own team members for their shortcomings. I over heard a conversation more like conspiracy to remove certain individuals from their own team and try to conceal it. If it's not their way it is the highway. Since I've been with CPLC I have seen good people come into their space but I know of two black women and a Hispanic woman who not only they are specifically targeting they're using their own teammates to collect information that has been false. I honestly wouldn't trust their new investigator she has been a terror to even work. Crude and unprofessional.I feel if a person is doing their job, not actively violating a policy why attack your own team? It's been stressful to know our HR team is being attacked by their own leaders. The previous coordinator under both black women was wrongfully terminated due to her attitude. It's appalling because they never had a presence for over 3 years in our space and has made the space hostile. Word travels with companies that are ran like a high school. I hope those black women and Hispanic lady over New Mexico sue this company they already do not pay hourly teachers for their overtime. Each process takes forever as Bernadette already has it in her mind who she will protect. They live for creating friction between certain umbrellas under Human Resources. The HR team has no safe space to report their hostile work environment but it's there. I couldn't compromise my integrity for these people it's sickening. I am eagerly following to see how they will wrongfully terminate New Mexican employees for speaking honestly. As I uncovered that their ethics portal & outside investigation team is directly and personally connected to Nancy Lipman the Sr. VP of HR and Compliance. I have visibly noticed how she treats people. They're sh**ting in their own backyard. This is not racially driven as Bernadette Brown is a black woman essentially puppet and her puppeteer is Nancy Lipman. They have kept their own department out of conversations to save face. This company needs a HR department that is transparent and employees can trust. Instead of allowing a team to sit dealing with hostility because they have families, personal reasons to continue to deal with the mistreatment. Until next time I hope this is not seen lightly and those members take steps to suing or severing ties with CPLC so they're not anxious and in fear of what is next. Disclaimer I am not in HR and all facts if investigated by outside investigators with no relation to Nancy Lipman or Bernadette Brown will uncover skeletons, lies, and a hostile environment for many. It's unfortunate to put this information to the forefront but I'm sure they will begin to enlist directors to do their bidding and if they don't you will be wrongfully terminated. Some are smart and noticed the behavior and jumped ship. I wonder who is next and what else ensues.

Chicanos por la compitiendo. They put Hispanic business against each other and then ultimately go the cheapest way. It's all a facade of what they do. No true community growth when you promise your community your word and are constantly going back on it.

You're unlikely to get any assistance in times of crisis from this organization, unless you have an obvious Hispanic/Latino name...
