Chase is garbage always having to prove my identity if not then they're constantly turning my card off making me have to get a new one when I dont want a new one. I've been with chase for 4 years

The staff are rude and treat you poorly if you’re not hospanic. Crazy and I’ve banked here for 20 yrs. This use to be the best branch. Now it’s bad and very poorly managed.

They’re helpful if you look like them otherwise don’t even bother….. they don’t even greet you the same when you walk in. It’s sad they so blatantly focus on a certain group of people and not every customer that walks through their doors. Not to mention the awful service chase gives as is
