This location is a small and not comfortable place! If you are customer during the time waiting more than 20mins , they told you no restroom here, you have to walk cross the street to some store for using the restroom and wash your hands!

They never answer their phone calls. And they stopped offering notary service. This bank just keeps getting worse and worse.

This branch is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful especially the security guard Hope. Whenever I go in I don't wait too long to talk to a banker.

I opened an account, set up direct deposit, and kept up on my email for any additional information possibly needed. They sent me a letter which came a week later. As soon as I received this I went to the bank and they told me they scanned and sent my information to the correct people with a number to call for confirmation. I've called multiple times since yesterday morning and no one can find my documents. The teller at the bank truly was confused the whole time so I should've known this wouldn't work. They gave false promises that this would be fixed and I wouldn't lose the account. Customer service and phone tellers can't help me only the bank can and they won't answer the phone. Unfortunately they close before I'm out of work. I will now be dealing with late fees and no money until I have new account and debit card...using your basic math skills that's at least 1.5 weeks...racking 2nd late fees. this place is full of false promises and confused people pretending to know what they're doing. my personal information was scanned and sent somewhere yet no one in the bank system can find it?? I feel very uncomfortable and exposed. If I could give 0 starts I would.

TERRIBLE customer service--and we've banked here for over 40 years. Whenever I've gone to the branch, I am greeted by the sight of the "security guard" slumping across two chairs inside the front door and growling at customers. He is as inviting as a dirty rag. He has no smile, no personality, and is barely civil to customers. When I received a notice a few weeks ago to COME TO THE BRANCH ASAP to update some information, I did so. After encountering the grumpy guard, an unfriendly teller informed me that I was REQUIRED to make an appointment online because all the bankers were busy. That's not what the letter instructed me to do. According to the teller, I was out of luck as far as seeing a banker in the near future. Today when I went to meet the banker as arranged online, I discovered that the online system booked me with a banker at a different branch several miles away. Again I had the privilege of barely being greeted by the guard. A different disinterested teller informed me the person I was to meet did not work at that branch. When I asked if another banker could help me, she did not even look around but said they were all booked AND IT WAS ALMOST CLOSING TIME anyway. (It was 20 minutes before closing time, but apparently, these people don't work until closing time.) She did not apologize or offer any sort of concern or try to help. She must have already checked out for the day if she was ever engaged to begin with. So my experience at this branch particular branch tells me that Chase does not value the business we've done with them for 40+ years. What happened to serving customers with a smile?
