This branch is the worst. If you're a Chase customer, do yourself a favor and don't go here. The staff is completely inept, they have terrible attitudes, often rude at times. I've had several instances with just trying to basic items like deposit a check, get a notary, set up a safe deposit box, and open a CD and every single time it's a disaster.Do yourself a favor, avoid aggravation, and don't visit this branch. The service and staff are the worst!

I’ve been going to this branch for about 2 years. I have several deposit accounts with them. I also have several business accounts with them. In all cases everyone is knowledgeable and can answer my questions. The tellers are efficient and there is rarely a long line as compared to nearby Wells Fargo. All bank branches are busy as most big banks are closing brick and mortar branches across the U.S. as we move more towards mobile banking for various needs. If you want something specific, you should book an appointment and tell them ahead of time versus just randomly showing up and expecting your issue to be solved. The days of fully staffed bank branches are gone. Special kudos to Joe Lortie on the business banking side. He worked through the banks KYC and CIP compliance processes to get me a business credit card with a promo 0% APY for a large line to allow me to scale my real estate business. And I also opened a high yield CD for my business account. Thanks Joe!

I have been working with Mario Felix to close my mother's accounts since her passing in May. My brother and I are Co-Executors for her Trust and Will. The process has been slow and painful. I feel his lack of experience in the banking industry is affecting the progress and process. I would like another banker be assigned our accounts and communication directly from the Branch Manager. The lack of communication and follow up is appalling.

This chase bank needs to catch up with the times and update to the current ATMs. They are cheeping out and won’t fix their 20 year old out dated ATMs that hardly ever work. Depositing cash takes 20 min if it works(hardly ever). The bill readers can’t read the bills unless they are brand new bills. They process like they are running on 28 megabytes of Ram. And they only accept 30 bills or checks combined at a time. I’m not sure if they are being frugal or just lazy, either way this should be fixed.

Do not use their ATM. Deposited $247, didn’t register $100. Went inside and spoke to someone that directed me to call the 800 number on the back of the card! So now I have to hunt around to get my money back. Plus, the person inside the local bank said this has been happening a lot lately. Then why isn’t this ATM have a sign on it not to use? Why isn’t it easier to get a hold of a live person. I’m taking my funds all to Desert Financial. This place has been a joke since day 1.

March 6th 2022About 6:33 MST my deposit of 240.- was taken by the chase at what used to be PV mall.I was unable to call anyone to assist me and I have bills to pay.Please fix this situation so I can pay my bills.

Lousy customer service. No call backs. Cannot answer my questions. No help whatsoever! I've been dealing with this branch trying to get help for over 2 months now. All I get is the run-around.
