Tellers 100% were no help. So I first I try to get my money out with the ATM. It wasn’t working so I went inside reversed and went to the drive-through. Then she told me I couldn’t do what I wanted and less I came inside then I came inside and then they told me they couldn’t help me at all. I spent over 20 minutes there and I couldn’t even get money out of my own bank when I had my debit card in hand. I don’t appreciate the tellers help at all.

Friendly staff; unfortunately they are controlled by AI and computer terminals. Any transaction not meeting certain criteria established by algorithms of their centrally controlled computers is unacceptable. This is not just this business; but a American problem. The skynet is real, those crazy "Terminator" movies are becoming a reality. I came into pay a tax bill. I had a 4 year old statement and I knew what I owed; just wanted them to applied my payment to the account via the older statement. Can not do; they told me, and they can not send any personal info via fax or use common sense. It is all about the "A.I." Artificial Intelligence!Banking, paying bills, looking up information was so much easier prior to 2020. Humans still had flexibility with the technology. Now they are slaves to AI, which every minute comes closer to completely canceling the human race, out of existence.

An employee at this branch called me on Wednesday and got personal information from me and proceeded to steal $7500 from my bank accounts. I have been dealing with the claims department and have filed a police report where they will be conducting an investigation. Chase is also doing an internal investigation and I will be pressing charges when we find out who the employee was.

For the branch located at Northern and 19th ave., Phoenix AZ. I had to close out my safe deposit box there. The branch help itself was fantastic. Ezequiel Rivas and Yajahira Rodriguez, both tellers were the only people there for my visit. They were both extremely helpful as I had a few other issues to take care of. We all joked and laughed and made the best of a bad situation. They even let me keep my box keys for a souvenir as I pointed out they couldn't be reused anyhow.Problems with Chase Bank in general:-customer service over the telephone is nearly impossible when it comes to talking to a live person. Prior to my visit I wanted to call to make sure I would have access to my safe deposit box and until what time. Calling direct extensions at the branch proved useless as no one answered, just voicemail. Chase's general branch number is also completely automated and finally I got transferred to a live person in India who I thought might have a direct line into the branch but instead he connected me back to the branch's useless totally automated voicemail, no way to get a live person.-Chase used to honor veterans by providing them with a free safe deposit box and a few other perks. Now all of the sudden they are going to charge all the Veterans for their safe deposit boxes and who knows when the other perks will disappear or get charged a fee for.Shame on Chase for forgetting what these Veterans contributed to their ability to even have their bank in a free society. Shame, shame Chase Bank! Veterans and all others that honor veterans should move their business elsewhere, to a more Veteran friendly Bank. Try a credit union or small savings and loan type bank.
