Worst experience I have ever had at a bank. The bank Manager is not only Rude but very disrespectful, refused to explain things about my mother's account, refused to allow me in the office while he spoke with her EVEN though I have power of attorney, he said well you're not on the account. Then attempted to bully her into another account and said it's seems your daughter wants you to do something else. ..my mother withdrew her money and will have a CHIME account.

Went in for notary. Was told prior that they have 3. But there is none today a Friday. I also know that the manger who walked by me and told me someone would be assisting me soon. Who is a notary said there was no one available. So customer service does not rate very high here.

The bank seems to be nice. I tried calling to make an appointment by phone and no one answers.The headquarters in New York can’t seem to get their website together. I tried making an appointment online and it won’t let me confirm the appointment. I therefore had to erase the reason why I was making the appointment in the comment section in order for the appointment to be confirm. It took me a while to figure that out. Make an appointment with a banker shouldn’t be that difficult.

I called them 3 times. They didn't answer the first time and the second time they hung up on me. I only said hello and i heard them breathing.

They told me to call to set an appointment and everytime i call it goes straight to they busy but i waited and i called nope nothing im gonna be switching banks this is just horrible?
