They have some really nice tellers there. However, the main bank manager, Oscar Gonzalez. Has severe size and race issues. I was there to accompany my 81-year-old friend who has dementia and has had his account drained by predators. We were simply attempting to freeze his account. When I mentioned to him to freeze his account in front of Oscar, Oscar threatened to have me removed from the bank by security. Mind you my friend David with dementia was there by my car. He was there as me as his accompaniant and Oscar threatened to throw me out of the bank. Not him. He is white. I am black. I responded that then that would mean that we would have to get the police considering that I am the guardian of David. It was completely uncalled for and entirely racist. I also hold an account there. I immediately asked for it to be closed. And now when I am done with the judiciary and we receive the $300,000 that David will be receiving when he finishes selling his cuz we will definitely be taking it to a different bank. So as far as Oscar Gonzalez is concerned, I also might add. He was trying to convince David to deposit his $300 retirement check into an account that was completely in the red. So not only was he misleading my friend to take advantage of his little $300 but he was also attempting to separate from the person that is his protector. That little man needs to be put back behind a Teller desk. And one of his tellers should be manager.

I had a great experience opening an account with Jake B. today. He was knowledgeable and patient. Also, big shout out to Alicia! I came in with my four kids (4,5,7,8) she was so kind. She even brought out coloring pages and helped clean up a spill! Thank you to everyone at this location for a great experience!

Incompetent office administration. If you're told to wait 15 minutes, plan for an hour. The office admin lies to customers and does not value their time. Find another bank.

It’s a bank however, a lot of the times the drive up atm’s do not work, so then you have to drive around, park, get out - pain sometimes.

Luis and both people working beside him were totally friendly at 9 am on a Monday. Made a deposit and updated my address and got out by 9:05.

please go somewhere else !!!! not worth the stress. they cant even perform simple task that they are trained to do. manager also has very limited knowledge on simple day to day banking task. and most of them are not from this country so im confused on how they are dealing with our money if they barely understand what to do. again dont waste your time at this branch. Beware !!! Customer service is awful. I deposited a check at the teller window on an early Friday afternoon.
The teller put it in the wrong account ( She got 2 numbers in the account reversed) i visited the next day ( Saturday ) when I saw the money was not credited. THAT is when I discovered the error. The teller who made the mistake ( and admitted it ) called some Wizard of Oz phone number and then she tells me it will credit Monday at midnight. It did NOT credit Monday at midnight I visited the branch and they gave me the runaround and an "assistant "manager claims it is 3 to 5 business days .
The business who wrote me the check has verified that the funds have cleared the other bank. Where is the money? After 7 years as a good a business account this is UN acceptable.

Annoying , difficult not even a hello customer service don't follow directions correctly every teller need to be fired I tell them one thang they do the opposite next time I will have a talk with the manager

That bank lady Isabel customer service needed to be fix, she did not have the proper greetings and seems like she was giving me a dirty look the whole time, she cut me off while I was telling her how I wanted my change, which was very rude. I’m very disappointed.

Naher was my teller and she was EXTREMELY rude! Why work in customer service if you can’t be nice to your customers?! Not once did I give you attitude but I sure did receive it.
