decent location manager very sweet however martha banker was very rude , there was customers in the lobby and shes walks right past us and goes to her office on her phone in plain view very rude . if you have the option go somewhere else. it amazes me how some people are in charge of our accounts and finances and they are on their phone and taking part of leisure and not business. who knows what personal information shes writing down very unprofessional. (8001 n 35th ave , 85051)

Martha attended me today. I loved her service and the service I was provided! They’re bilingual and speak English and Spanish really well. There was a line but it was quick. There is an ATM inside that I used to deposit my money and it was very quick and efficient. ? I recommend this bank.

I brought in a cashier check from the bank I do my car loan with and the teller says , there will be a hold on this, so I asked her to explain and she said the same thing again and said do you wanna keep the check, I said no, deposit it, went home and called customer service and this really nice woman explained the hold to me. It's ashame I had to call a csr who was probably overseas and she made more sense than my local teller

Horrible experience, workers don’t know how to do there jobs and security is js disgusting. he has his collar shirt unbuttoned with exposed chest hair. Like really you’re at a bank not at home on a couch. I told him his zipper was down he didn’t bother to fix.

Hands down the absolute worst Chase bank in Arizona. The atms NEVER work. This place is a joke. Needs to be demolished. 1 star is far too high!

I visited agency on 35th Ave and Northern in Phoenix , AZ on February 2, 2023 to request some papers from my bank account and while the bank teller tried to help me when she asked for help from her manager Jackie, she the manager, refused to help her therefore refused to help me. I hope as minimun the manager gets some serious training to correct her "skills"
