Friday October 13 2023:I needed a Notary , and attempted calling the branch directly four separate times from 8:50am - 9:30am. 3 calls went to their message system , and one was answered and IMMEDIATELY the person hung up....What an absolute JOKE. They will play phone games , and hard-sell new account openings..... Unprofessional people at this branch ( 75th Ave & Thomas )

Worst customer service ever. Very long lines and employees are not knowledgeable enough about the simple customer needs. Talking back to clients is a common habit at this branch. The entire staff needs to be overhauled

If it were up to me I would give it 0 stars because the staff does not give you a complete explanation of what you are looking for, I went to create a bank account and they told me that with the documents I have they can give me an appointment for 3 weeks later and When I go to the bank ? you tell me that they need my passport only because I am Cuban, they made me lose almost a month when I was able to go to another bank to make the account, the experience was very bad.

was at this location at 931 am on Saturday 9/3/22 they have not yet opened with a huge line waiting outside I asked the guy at the door if he always opens this late he said under certain circumstances and closes the door on our faces in the hot sun. Mexican guy with a beard did this to us.

Still not sure I mean it's a bank I'll have a better opinion of them if they don't deny my dispute but right now it's just the bank that I go to currently nothing really good or really bad to say yet about it banks are what they are in this day and age

Chase spent 300 billion dollars in fossil fuels and everyone should just close their account and find a better bank. Chase is destroying the planet.
