Why do you even have a branch here, no tellers, and only one employee working. Close it, and save customers time.

Trash customer service the employees there don’t even help walk-in they make you set up an appointment online (knowing online can be complex at times) they will not offer their service as assistance to you just very bad

went in because I wanted help making a transfer to an my external savings account and they basically told me to do it online “try using zelle” a transfer of 10k or more. Couldn’t even tell me if there’s a transaction limit.
