I just saw a video of a staff member named Diana treating someone terribly while they were trying to open an account. She demanded their citizenship, which isn’t even required, and then told them to leave. It came across as racist and completely unprofessional. This kind of behavior has no place in any business.

If I could give 0 stars. I would. It’s been almost a whole year and this chase has only had one ATM working. Their service is terrible, and all the staff leaves before closing hours. No wonder this chase is already at 2 stars…. just wow man.
