Don't stand outside if you aren't white, they will call slave catchers...I mean cops, who will arrest you. Chase employees won't ask you to leave, they'll just call the cops and lie and say that they told you to leave.

The ATM is never in working condition, it’s not able to receive deposits and not able to preform withdrawals.Whenever I ask about it with the bank tellers they say that it’s not their ATM and that it’s serviced third party.If their third party isn’t competent to properly service the machines how secure is the actual transactions being preformed on the rare occasion that the ATM is working?

Absolutely love this chase ! So professional and helpful, i never have any problems when i come in. Today Peter S. helped me and he was so kind, and he got me in and out. Definitely recommend this location:)

My boyfriend and I went in with $14,000 to open a savings account. We were turned away and told they were to busy to open an account. Well our money just got deposited somewhere else.

Serval ATM not working and one listed here even today is closed. The teller was rude, while dismissing the inconveniences caused the running around, having to go inside.The pen I used I went to put it back and she nasty says “Don’t put that back”, aggressive & startling.Many services behave this way now, shocking it at a big bank.

I have received excellent customer service from this branch, mainly from Pedro and the manager Donny. Unlike the Anthem branch, where I do not feel welcome and certain tellers have attitudes. I live in Anthem and will drive to this Tramonto branch just for the customer service. The Anthem branch should take customer service lessons from this branch!!!! Five stars, unlike the Anthem branch where I gave 1 star (but would have given zero if we could!).

I went in this morning to get papers printed and was greeted by an annoyed branch manager ! ( which he was already like that on the phone when I called ) I'm sorry I'm asking you to do your job and help me ? Donny said I'm the only one here with two bankers so i might not be able to help you and you'll have to comeback. ( FYI it's not my fault you're understaffed) I was in shock when I asked who the manager was and he said him ( Donny ) . Shame on you chase bank ! During such a crazy time and I trust in you to keep my money there! Overall he printed the documents but you can bet that's the last time I'll visit that branch !!!! If you hate helping people you shouldn't be in customer service esp when it comes to money !!!!!

Terrible service only two tellers and one computer that does not work. Under staffed . I have to leave and was unable to complete my transaction. The manager was unhelpful and just stood there like he could not make a plan to help out very poor.

I could give them zero stars I would. Went in there to get a check authorize that account existed there. For insurance payout on my truck. So I cod deposit at another bank. The manager there, don't remember his name honestly but it was a guy chubby and kinda bald. Total and complete waste of space. He had every excuse not to help us. My buddy's business has been there for over 15 years banking and wouldn't verify his account. I should be reimbursed for my wasted time. This man should be fired as I went over, to my bank Wells Fargo and they verified my account within 1 minute of arriving. And the my even confined the manager over there was a total idiot. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. Just to point out how horrible the service was I waited more than a week to post this to see if maybe I was just having a bad day. And nope I was right the guy was a total bafoon. Chase bank upper management needs to check in on this guy because I'm not the only one to complain about him but aparently the first to post about him.
