I went into this bank to open up another business account. Probably close to the eighth or 10th business account. The manager which I can’t name by name otherwise they will take this down. (ART) vice president of the branch. Told me to come in the next day right in early when they open. The next day came I showed up at 9:10 they didn’t call me. I live literally three minutes away from the branch when I got into the branch, he came up to me and said sorry man there’s nothing I can do we’re completely full and booked out. I told him you don’t wanna call around to see if you can put me in a different branch so I can get this done. He actually threatened to cancel my account from Chase which I don’t even think he can do that. I told him he might want to look at my accounts. Regardless, this is the most unprofessional ever had with a person and it was a chase bank. After I got on Google and looked at the reviews it did not surprise me they suck. This chase bank I would’ve avoid 100% try getting them to close their doors.

Service is great. They have only one banker though. Makes getting seen by one take forever.

Their customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here was very inviting and comfortable and easy to get some paper work done. Oscar Garcia the Relationship Banker was great and very helpful and knowledgeable. Frances was always very helpful and welcoming. Thank you for the great customer service.

Not only did they close the inside ATM, removed one of the drive through ATMs, the only one left can’t even dispense cash most of the time.

The drive through ATM is always unavailable and the front door is always closed. I have to drive to another location to deposit for no reason

ATMs never work outside and the doors lock leaving no access to the ATM inside. Better off driving a few more miles to an operational branch.

I called chase to get information on receiveing incoming wires. The routing number I was given did not match the one at the bottom of my checks so I called again to confirm it and the information I was provided previously. In reviewing my account, I noticed I was charged a fee for the wire so, I called chase to see if I could get it refunded since I was never informed of the fee. The person I spoke to transfered me to someone that "could help me" They told me that I would have to qualify for the refund, then he said I did not qualify. I asked him why I didn't qualify and he said we do not refund these type of fees anymore. I asked him why he had said I would have to qualify for the refund tthen.He said they do not fund these type of fees anymore. d not have wired funds to chase if I had known of the fee. I work in banking myself and know that the fee can be refunded, they just don't to to refund it. Too bad, I was going to open another account at chase but now I'm going to close my account and my family will be doing the same. I don't even give it 1 star but had to in order to submit the review.

The rudest manager ever. She speaks to everyone like they are garbage. I'm here taking my money out to close my accounts with this place. Went to pnc bank. So nice there.
