Left my card at this location by accident and its nearly impossible to reach the location directly for assistance. All i wanted was to see if it was found instead of waiting weeks for a replacement. Customer Service is terrible

I rarely need to enter a bank for a transaction, but last Saturday I had to stop at Chase for something I could not handle on-line and this branch was the closest to my other Saturday activities. I was helped by an employee named Nina. She was not only courteous and friendly, but she took me to a separate area where I could have a bit more privacy with my transaction. Excellent customer service and a great experience!

Don’t waste your time coming to this specific Chase branch, trust me. Never been to a worse Chase branch before (customer service, sense of safety, you name it). Unfortunately it’s right by my house so I have to drive to a further bank every time I need one. MOST IMPORTANTLY- if you need a notary for anything, ever, do not waste your time trying to use this branch. Every single time I’ve tried to get something notarized there, the conveniently don’t have anyone that can help for that entire day. I’ve gone 3 days in a row and been told that and even just random days and they tell you this. A bank offering a notary for their customers is simply a nice, value-added service for customers, and they don’t make money doing this for you. Hence why they just turn people away here.

This place is always having issues and making it difficult to get MY MONEY. Either their drive thru atm isn’t working or something else. Now I come to find out it’s temporarily closed. What the Funk?!?!!!

All the ladies here are super helpful!! Except alex. He has been the most useless, unprofessional, and uneducated bank teller i have ever met. Had to go to the chase down the street to finish my work.

I recently ate at a restaurant and they kept my bank card I found out the next day which was a Sunday so I called Chase Bank to have my card expedited to me because they don't offer that on the ignorant telemarketing setup. So low and behold I found out now that Chase isn't open on Sundays nor on this Monday President's Day. I work two jobs and how many more excuses can these banks come up with. I plan to seek my banking elsewhere now after the rude lackadaisical and lack of customer care that chase offers nowadays. Does this only happen in Phoenix.

Stopped in for some quarters before they closed early on Xmas Eve. Was so happy to see all teller windows with actual employees and not just one or two with the rest ATM machines! Teller was very efficient, friendly, and jolly! Parking was limited but had no issues getting in and out.
