Took me 1 hour just to close an account when the tellers were available. The outside atms are always not working they have no money or can’t accept deposits.

I went into bank today to get to money order for my rent . Elomin the teller was really disrespectful towards me in demeaor and conversation. He appears to not likè black people and should be in customer service. Regardless of race should be addressed with resect and nice matter. He made me feel unwelcomed i wônt be back there.

Could never take out cash through ATM or deposit! There’s always an error on their part. I’ve gone about 6 times and there is never cash. This is a BANK you have one job. What’s the issue ???

this place has a good location. easy to get in and out of but they're drive up teller machines never work. most of the time the teller machine display will let you know it's not working. other times It displays graphic doodle things like you're playing a Pac-Man video game. ????? this is the normal !!!! this is not once in a while. you would think a professional place like this would get there drive up teller machines fixed properly and correctly so that they will work every time.yo' Chase, Great job looking out for your customers. not ! ....BOOOO !!!!!

This is for the corporation not the employees.If they take the $200 bonus for opening a new account with them, when they file their taxes they will send them a form to include it so they can later claim it on their taxes. So nothing is free my people

Reason for 1 star is due to lack of information..I was not informed that I wouldn't be able to use any of my money in my account without a physical card to set up for digital wallet so I changed my direct deposit information because I needed to pay my rent and it's strictly online and apparently my direct deposit went in to the account but there is no way for me to get it.Customer service is great but the lack of information is ridiculous.

Came to get some cash out of the ATM but the atrium was closed. I was quite surprised because in the past I was able to at other locations. I assume it is because the area seemed to have many homeless people around and they probably took shelter there.Drive up ATM line was long so I said forget and went elsewhere.
