The line moves quick, the place has a good vibe. They have outdoor and indoor ATM machines. Spacious lobby. Parking always available, as in most of Phoenix. I like to dream with their tellers, they are good people.

I have been Banking with Chase for years now and had different employees assist with opening new bank accounts with Chase and other bank institutions However, on May 5th or the 4th walked I walked into this location and I was quite upset after I had left with the services Phillip M provided one reason is the way the employee implied his questions towards my new bank account as if it was too much work for him or the words he used made it seem like he wanted the easy way of not helping me as he should have which made it more difficult by not providing the right service I now have to go back and address what is missing to conduct my banking business properly for my business.

I have had the WORST experience at this branch I walked in and asked if I could open a new checking account and close my old one the lady at the counter then told me to do it on the app and proceeded to take other customers. I then opened an account on my phone with out any assistance. It took a week for my account to be closed(Supposed to be closed in one business day). My new account was not working I also had bills that were unpaid because I had no access to my money. Luckily I was able to go to another branch to get everything resolved. Will never go back to this branch.

Abraham Cruz turned a very unpleasant experience with Chase into a great one. Not only was he extremely friendly, but he was very knowledgeable and able to help me with multiple situations at once.

Do not use Chase for wire transfers. When something goes wrong, they have no customer support. Customers are not allowed to talk to the department that could help and their basic reply is "we sent the money, we do not have it, the receiving bank does not reply, we closed the complaint, call and talk to receiving bank>" over 5 weeks since they took my money and they are too busy to help? I posted 1 star as it would not let me post without a rating, One star is too many.

Needed notary for my mother’s pension verification that comes every year. It’s written in English and Hungarian. They say “we cannot do it because it’s not only in English”. I am asking, then -how the hell she (mom)would understand what is she signing?? Absolutely idiotic! Thanks for nothing. Useless

Had the pleasure of coming to this branch and being helped by Jose. He was the most helpful, kind, empathetic, and informative worker. Wish all the bankers were just like him, because he made what could have been a stressful experience into something that was actually pleasant.Would absolutely recommend Jose for any banking needs.

Jose Barraza did a proficient and fantastic job opening two complex business bank accounts for my company in under an hour. This is such a fantastic banking experience with an extremely competent, quick, accurate banker. This location of Chase Bank has not been my favorite. Service was lacking and there appeared to be no real consistency or accountability which you would not expect from a mega-bank. I have just visited other locations to avoid the aggravation. Well, recently, the branch received a new General Manager and boy is it different. Transactions are not being handled more smoothly and the tellers appear more pleasant and engaged. The manager is visible during branch hours and is available for staff and customers. Questions or concerns are now being resolved promptly. It astonishes me how much just the addition of one person leading a bank branch can make a world of difference.
